You come here and either the drive through is closed or the stalls are closed. Half the stalls at any given time are almost always closed.

The service was very bland,the food was worse. We were on a long road trip, and stopped because my son had been asking to go,now that we don’t have one local. The drinks were filled with ice about 2 inches from the top,and the food had a strange sour smell to it. My son’s crispy tenders were cold and he was unable to muster up the courage to continue eating them. Lesson learned we will not be back.

My orders aren’t normally correct when I go to this location. I finally came back tonight for a chocolate peanut butter shake and a blast. My boyfriends chocolate peanut butter shake taste like chocolate banana. I felt so bad for him because it wasn’t what he wanted. And again the order wasn’t correct. The cashier also didn’t count my change back or give me my receipt. I understand it can be stressful working food service when things don’t run right or low staff. But I was pretty disappointed with my visit tonight.

Consistently the worst sonic I have been to, it’s always something. Can’t take card, icecream machine is being cleaned during rush hours in summer. No sign telling people, just a 30 minute wait to get order taken and told theres no ice-cream. Every time somthing is wrong on the order. Ask for no wip your going to get wip. Have yet to see a pair of skates yet.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The person taking the order couldn’t tell the difference between an onion ring and onions, leat alone the food tasted horrible. Didn’t get a receipt either. There is something wrong with their soda, too. Tasted old and like chemicals. It was the worst sonic I have ever been to. I swear these people are completely incompetent.

Honestly I feel like Sonic has declined in food quality and service over the years. The frys and chicken always taste like old fryer oil, milkshakes are always way too thick. Their slushies still won’t disappoint though.

This was the most disgusting burger I’ve EVER had. Greasy heavy brink of meat with slimy lettuce and the thinnest tasteless of bacon. The tater tots we’re over done and tasteless. I’ll NEVER go here again. Total waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble when looking for a quick bite, McDonalds is better than this garbage.

Ordered from the drive-through. I asked the lady to remove the pickles from my sandwich. She responded condescendingly, “It doesn’t come with pickles,” rushed us through. We sat down outside of the restaurant, and guess what was on my sandwich? 5 FN pickles!! It was my first time out with a female friend. I didn’t want to make a bad first impression, so I just took them off. The lettice was a bit off as well. Sad ,because I love Sonic! Won’t be stopping there anytime soon.

Ordered a #11 with a drink. That is a 5pc chicken tender with tater tots, a piece of texas toast, and an onion ring. They did not include the onion ring. When I asked about the ring, they informed me they had no rings. I asked them why I was charged full price if they didn’t have rings, and why they did not inform me they had no rings. They did not answer and ended the call. The tenders werent even that good, but the tots and lemonade was good. Very disappointing, I will not be eating here again.
