WOW!!!
Took an early morning walk to the bakery and was there on open.
So much to choose from.
We had a tomatoe, spinach and mushroom quiche and ham and cheese croissant.
We took home some more treats and will have those later.
I suspect that they will be just as good.
The pastry was soft and flaky and so good. The quiche was also really good.
This definitely did not disappoint and worth the early morning walk

This bakery is heaven for people like myself with a sweet tooth. While I am not a chocolate fan and thus didn’t try any of their chocolate offerings, I tried the rasberry-pistachio pastry, the mango cream cheese bread, and a third pastry that I don’t remember the name of, but I thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Everything was delicious, including my wife’s coffee and her gluten free muffin. This is the best bakery that I have ever visited in my 63 years. The people were friendly and all I can say is that I wish that it existed outside of Oahu because I would be there all of the time. Amazing!!!

Halekulani Bakery is truly a hidden gem in Oahu! Their pastries are beautifully made—never overly sweet, just perfectly balanced and very satisfying.

The Chocolate Croissant is outstanding—so light, airy, and incredibly crispy with that perfect layered “striped” skin. I honestly haven’t had anything quite like it before.

The Haupia Brioche is a wonderful surprise, with three distinct layers of filling that make every bite rich and delightful.

The Tropical Croissant is another must-try—bursting with sweet and tangy flavors that taste like sunshine in pastry form.

And the Strawberry Shortcake is light, refreshing, and not too sweet—absolutely perfect for a warm day.

Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Oahu and looking for high-quality pastries!

Stopped by for breakfast on our first day on the island. I had a drip coffee with a Macadamia cinnamon bun, and the wife had a cold caramel latte with a passionfruit croissant. Beautiful food and amazing staff. So friendly and you can see the bakers in the back making the food on site. Sat outside and enjoyed in the sun. A perfect start to our holiday.

Another viral bakery in Oahu. Line is extremely long every day so better to get your pastry as early as possible
We had coconut slices tgr and they were enjoyable, but not quite exceptional, so I’d give them a 4-star rating.

There was a bit of a line but its worth it. I picked up the pan chocolate which was delish – the chocolate, the flakyness of the crossiant omg…and the mango cheese bread which was good but as they suggested likely better warmed up by my hotel room doesnt have a microwave.
They are open on holidays so I will be revising before I depart

Came for the chocolate croissant, left loving everything else! Honestly the chocolate croissant looks beautiful but lacks flavor. It was too flaky if such a thing is possible. However, we got several other varieties of pastry and loved them all! Busy but not crowded on a December morning at 9.

I bought the salted caramel croissant and the Haupia brioche . I loved the croissant I went back and got it again another day. It had just the right amount of caramel on the inside. The brioche bread was good and moist but I should have paired it with a drink. My mom bought the ham and cheese croissant and she really liked it. It was a decent sized sandwich for the morning to get her going for the day. Would definitely recommend checking it out.

You can park at hotel parking and get 1 hour free validation. Park from 5th floor (self parking) and take elevator to the 1st floor. It’s pretty convenient actually. Oh the coffee is not so good. I’m a coffee lover and I’m not recommend to get coffee here but the bread and other stuff are wonderful~
