Good place to eat. Watchout for foot long chili dogs, they are very salty! I use to be able to eat two of those! Because of the salt factor, I can only eat about a half of one. I had family members state the same. The employees hide back in the kitchen too much. Had to wake them up when we needed something. A little training would help.

I’ve been coming to this Sonic since it first was built, and so i’m extremely disappointed that I even have to write this. I decided on a sick day that I wanted a cheeseburger and some mozzarella sticks delivered. I ordered from Sonic, and when the order arrived I got a small bag with only the cheese sticks (not correct sauce), and a receipt with, “broken grill unable to make Jr. Patties” written with black pen written on it. No notice to me before that they did not have the product I wanted. No notice to Uber Eats that their grill was broken so they can’t grill burgers. Nothing! Now I need to pay a whole new delivery fee, and tip in order to actually get a burger. If Sonic would have been honest to every party involved, this could have been avoided.

Was served straight up a piece of raw chicken last week! I’m not talking a little pink, but a genuine full mushy raw patty – I genuinely don’t even know how that’s possible and shows a complete lack of food safety protocols. When I reached out to the manager, was told, “I’ll talk to the staff about it.” I sure hope you’ll talk to the staff about potentially threatening people’s lives with deadly food borne pathogens! I’ll be passing on ever eating here again. Like look at those photos yall !!!

I knew there was a reason I stopped going to Sonic when I used to love it. This is THE worst Sonic location I’ve ever been to. I will never be going back here. This was a giant waste of money, and I feel a little duped, to be honest.
We ordered the giant 800 calorie burritos with all the meat in it, and they gave us the tiny sausage burritos instead. This is not what we ordered. I’ve been getting Sonic onion rings for 20 years and I’ve never had them be this disgusting. They are both incredibly overcooked and cold. After just picking them up. The owner should feel ashamed of themselves and close down so we can get a better food option in town.
They ruined our breakfast.

Stopped in for a quick to-go lunch. My burger was hot and juicy, and correctly made (wanted mustard in place of ketchup). Beverage was cold and tasty and the fries were hot and crispy. Sonic of Cornelius does a great job!

Waited over 5 minutes in the drive thru. No one ever came to take my order nor did anyone say they’d be with me in a moment. Which would have been good customer service. Ended up going inside to place order was told to wait while they took an order in the drive thru. Tried to explain that I had been in the drive thru but was ignored the employee asked if I thought I was the only person in the world who mattered! Needless to say I left with out ordering food due to the very rude and unprofessional employee. This was not the first time service at the cornelius location was bad

Only been here twice. Once about 6 years ago and once last week. The first time I waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes, ended up taking off with nothing. Last week I went inside. Place empty, no customers, they saw me standing there but still took like 5 minutes to come up and get my order. The corn dogs were pretty nasty. Don’t think I’ll ever go here again

I can’t rate the food. But signs were up that the dining room is now open. I seen an employee. i pointed to the sign. He nicely took them from the window. Then I called the location. Of course the mail box is full. And no answer. There should be a place for what I couldn’t order!
