1/18/26 did an online order, didn’t receive one of our items. The girl nallely practically aggressively handed us our order inside of our car. Rudely says have a good night and walks off. Didn’t even have the chance to say we were missing something. Poor customer service.

Paid for peanut butter…didn’t get any in my shake…any like two bites of reeses. I love paying 8$ for what I did not order!!!!!!!!!! I work in fast food and you guys should be embarrassed. Old dry meat refried sides. Im sure your food cost is good but your costumers shouldn’t be spending their hard earned money on things that technically belong in the waste. Asked for tots, got fries. This is the second time. Called and no answer. She repeated my order exactly, twice. Once when I ordered and again at the window, but still got the order wrong. The burger was tasty, the fries were not tots and not so fresh….

My pop corn chicken was so greasey it was hardly edible. This Sonic is going downhill fast. Couple months ago the employee at the speaker box was rude about our loud vehicle and now their food just isn’t up to par. Heavily disappointed in Sonic lately.

They were very understaffed, so it was very slow. The food was good and the staff was very pleasant. Very expensive, tho. They upcharged us for a kids’ meal lemonade. $40 for two adult meals and one kids meal with no upgrades seems excessive
