I placed an order on kfc app ahead of time. We got there told them we had an order and they told us pull ahead to the window. We then sat at the window for 20 minutes, nobody came to us a single time. Someone finally came and gave us our food. It was cold and soggy. Not even gonna eat this now honestly very disappointed I usually don’t have an issue.

My son and his dad got dinner here at the drive-thru this evening, and it didn’t go very well for them. (I stopped eating here a long time ago because everything is so salty that it burns the inside of my mouth, for what that’s worth.)
My son ordered tenders with Nashville hot sauce; maybe the order taker couldn’t hear the part about the hot sauce, but he didn’t get any. Straws were missing from the bag, too.
The worst part, though, was the chicken sandwich his dad got. We went straight home after they got their food, but the sandwich was cold. Maybe from the 1/4 cup of mayonnaise on the inside of both halves of the buns? There was mayo on the OUTSIDE of the bun, too, because there was just WAY too much of it. He hadn’t requested extra.
He tried scraping most of it off and reheating the sandwich in the air fryer on the “bake” setting, but he still couldn’t eat it.
On a happier note, the unsweetened iced tea was better than most other places have, so thumbs-up for that. I just wish there had been lemon available, either wedges or packets of juice would have been fine.
The employee who handed their food out of the drive-thru window was very nice. Zero complaints.

Fries were incredibly salty. Chicken nuggets were also overly salty, not crispy, and seemed like they had been sitting for a bit. Asked for barbecue sauce and didn’t get any sauce. The service itself was much better than the food. Both the person that took my order and the person that took my payment were extremely friendly and my food was ready quickly.

Ordered for 9:30 ahead of time on the app. I get there at 9:30. Inside is closed. Go through drive through and they tell me to take a park space out front. Wait until 9:50 for it to be done. Missing all 4 Sauces we ordered. Mashed potatoes had no gravy. Big waste of time and money. Wasn’t even a wait or line. Took long for the fun of it I guess

Was just in there tonight and ordered my food ahead. Drove to the restaurant only to wait another 20 minutes. The people working were all over the place gabbing and goofing off instead of filling orders even with a full lobby. I finally got my food, drove home only to find out my Korean BBQ sandwiches were totally wrong!!! Plain chicken loaded with mayo. I can’t stand mayo so there was no chance I was eating them. Tried to call the restaurant but the phone goes right to a voice mail that isn’t set up.

Very quick, quit generous customer service as well good food and drink , dinning area is clean well kept, sodas / drinks were stocked very tasteful. Best KFC ever I been to many in PA but this is the best ever the staff are friendly And I ordered chicken littles steak fries and Mac& cheese and they were very good it is very cozy and very clean and well kept.

Sat in the drive through for 30 min in drive through, caught attitude and No one acted like they wanted to be working. Then when I went to ask about barbque sauce they closed the drive though window in my face, I had to beep the horn 4 times before anyone came back and got more attitude.

Ordered for pick up a few hours in advance. Food took 35 minutes past our set pick up time even with it having been ordered in advance. Food was decent but there is no excuse for that kind of delay with an advance order.

The only great thing being the food was hot. I would give a negative 5 stars if I could. Items were missing from our order. We had to good back to the counter to ask for them.The cashier couldn’t keep the order straight when we were placing it. My husband gave his choice and she acted like I wasn’t standing there. And there’s no vegan options at all.
