The employees are so slow. They have no urgency. I waited in a stall for my mobile order for 15mins it’s wasn’t busy. I finally went thru the drive thru. I sat at the call box for 5mins before anyone would say anything. Top it off, my drink was wrong. Too upset to even get it fixed.

Place is rundown. I thought it was closed since the bushes were all overgrown and the lay ground fenced off. The slushies tasted like they were made with toilet water. I will not be going back. I love Sonic and went out of my way to go here, but this one was terrible.

I changed my rating again. Every time I have gone there for a drink or food, I have not been helped at all. Everyone in the drive thru is helped right away, but those that are ordering in the stalls do not get helped. It’s ridiculous. Shafter’s Sonic is So unprofessional and unacceptable.

Good came out quick. Whoever packed the orders in the paper bags, seriously you are amazing. You fit everything so neatly and nicely. The tots were not oily and finally they were perfectly crunchy.
