Went to get a drink and person at the window was extremely rude. I failed to mentioned that I had a coupon at the speaker(my fault), but when I got to the window I showed my coupon and the old bearded guy said “should’ve told me on the speaker, next time I won’t do it for you” with a nasty attitude. No pleasantries, no thank yous. Hope I don’t see that old guy again.

Went through drive through. Took 10 min got a dbl bacon cheeseburger no bun. Recieved burger meal with out bacon. Or any condiments on it. Tried to call to let them know since I was on lunch break. No one will answer….been there about 5 times now. Something is always missing

1st time trying Sonics. They got the order wrong, as I paid for an extra meat patty and they forgot to add it on even when I asked if we can do that. Seems its best to always check your order before leaving some fast food places these days.
Burger was decent but had a much saltier flavor than most other good burgers elsewhere. The sauce was good, but the meat patties had too much salt I believe.

I usually like this place, but lately, I have had trouble with all my orders. Usually part of my order is missing or entirely incorrect. Just today, I ordered a large banana milkshake and when I received it, it was a medium. I clarified that I wanted a large, and the gal asked what flavor milkshake was which i said banana. When she brought it out again, it had chunks, i asked her what she brought out and she said a banana milkshake with cookie dough. I never once asked for cookie dough and the shake wasn’t even banana, it was peanut butter. Im just happy in not allergic to peanuts. I had to walk inside to get the correct order and had to clarify again that I only wanted a large banana milkshake, nothing else, dont add nothing. Not to mention, everyone appeared to be just hanging around and gossiping. Maybe im wrong, but when you mess up a simple milkshake twice, doesnt appear much different. It really shouldn’t be that difficult

I was very dissatisfied with my visit to this “establishment” if you could call it that. A very disgruntled employee, who I suspect was new and in training by the name of Carlos, was extremely rude to me and my colleagues. I politely asked for an extra straw with my order and was greeted by what I can only describe as a Blue Tsunami of Ocean Water. We had purchased 4 of these drinks and he very violently and unprovoked tossed them at us. We are now covered in blue sugar water, and I am currently hitchhiking to Las Vegas to find a better Sonic restaurant. Shame on the management here! Let your employees work!

My Sonic Drive-In visit was a mixed bag, but the highs made it worthwhile. The burgers were fantastic. Juicy, flavorful, and everything a fast-food craving demands. However, the tater tots were a letdown, arriving cold and tasting far from fresh, and the soft pretzels didn’t hold a candle to the warm, chewy ones I loved at the Florida Sonic. What truly saved the day was the stellar service. The guy working was incredibly polite, quick, and made the experience genuinely enjoyable. Sonic, give that man a raise. He’s out here turning cold tots into a forgivable offense!

I ordered a pretzel stick w cheese sauce, they forgot the cheese sauce. I also ordered a Jr. Chicken sandwich with cheese and no pickle.
I asked the lady at the counter to please read back my order and she said “Jr. Chicken sandwich with cheese and no pickle”. If you guessed that I got no cheese and pickles, you’d be correct!!! And the icing on the cake, they charged me for the FULL chicken sandwich (read it back to me as a Jr) and gave me a Jr chicken sandwich.
I used my card to pay but the lady gave me 15 cents back to me because she put it in the system as cash, at least that’s what the receipt says.
The food is good but it will be worth it to drive to another location so I can ACTUALLY get what I ordered.

We sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes. The only acknowledgement we got was “Give us one moment” as soon as we pulled up to the speaker. The 4 cars in front of us got their orders, after they left the staff didnt even start taking our order. I suggest you go to a different one or go at a different time.
