I usually enjoy Sonic’s food, but this visit was a letdown. On my first bite, I found a large black hair sticking out of my burger—definitely not what you want to see. While Sonic generally delivers decent fast food, this location clearly needs to improve its cleanliness and food handling practices.

This location is always out of ranch. We came again today after months and I finally asked the the kid why theyre always out of ranch. He said Nicholas never keeps up with inventory and that theyre also out of their sugar and they were forced to use tiny packets of sugar to get orders out bc they ran out.

I go to the one on Durango and warm springs at least once a week, and everyone is nice and service great except the grave yard shift, around 2 or 3 am, the girl that works the drive thru primarily is awful! She is beyond rude to customers and I really don’t understand how she has a job at all. Thanks

This was my first time at this location, and it will definitely be my last. I arrived late at night and was met with one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The African American female with the braids and braces completely ignored the drive through intercom, forcing me to drive up to the window just to be acknowledged. Even then, she seemed extremely annoyed to take my order. It was Loud music was blasting in the background, and there was no sense of professionalism or willingness to help customers.
After waiting about 10 minutes just to place an order, I almost left. I wish I had, because the food was just as disappointing it tasted like it was cooked in old, dirty oil. Everything about this visit was frustrating and unpleasant. It’s shocking that staff with such poor attitudes are representing this business. I will never return, and I strongly suggest management take a serious look at how this location is being run. Do better black girl

I usually enjoy Sonic, but this visit was really disappointing. First, they were out of anything with peanut butter, so I had to pick something else. Then I asked for a simple ranch for my peppers and was told they only had honey mustard and ketchup. When I finally got my order and brought it back to where I’m staying, I realized they didn’t even include the pretzel bun — the whole reason I went there in the first place. I should’ve known better, but I expected better quality and attention to detail from Sonic.

I ordered the supersonic burrito combo with tater tots and a drink. When they delivered the food, I asked for the salsa and some ketchup. The young lady informed me that they were out of both. She was able to find one salsa and one packet of ketchup. I really enjoy eating the burrito with salsa and the tater tots with ketchup. So I was pretty disappointed. The food was great the service was great just bummed that they did not have the condiments that go with my combo.

The voice over the drive in kiosk was rude and unhelpful. The sonic cookie dough blast I got was chunky and not mixed in. The strawberry lemonade slushy was super watered down. Honestly a huge disappointment and such a waste of money. Don’t come here

Used to be okay, but now they don’t want to give you your order. It’s pointless ordering on the app. They make the food, put it on a warmer, and then no one will take it out to the car when you tell them you’re there. So when you ask again, they bring out the food but it’s cold by this time. They apparently think bagged food will be hot forever on their warmer instead of slightly warm and stale. What do they think is happening to lettuce when it’s on that thing?
