You can tell that no one in this establishment cares about the quality of food being sold. Literally has my order messed up. Fries were salty and cold, side tasted more like syrup no carbonation, burger was cold patties that were salty and dry all smothered by the rest of sandwich like it was thrown on there. It’s a shame how they are expecting get paid higher salaries, yet prices and quality of food is ridiculous. Definitely need to do better or hire a new staff and train properly.. Just saying

Update – 8/1/2025 : Still can’t fill fries all the way… I’ve worked for McDonald’s, this is literally one of the first things you learn to do… They give you a scoop that fits right in the fry boxes… 100% ridiculous… You pay for a large and get a small-medium… SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO WENDY’S ACROSS THE STREET… They know how to fill your fry box…
AGAIN. All of our fries were partially filled. Here is a large that was more like a medium. No fries in the bottom of the bag. Big Mac was very light on everything, not how it was ordered.

I recently placed an order and paid for it on the McDonald’s’s app only to find out when I got there that they were closed, despite the website saying the drive through was open 24 hours. I only found this out when I called them. The website was not accurate and on top of that the guy on the phone was less than helpful about how to get my money back he said I can get a refund through the app but he couldn’t tell me how. This is pathetic and unacceptable. Do better McDonald’s’s

Good enough visit. As clean as any McDonald’s. Staff was nice. The guy taking orders was struggling but made sure we were set. One thing came out wrong and he took care of it. Can’t complain about that! That’s what makes the difference at any business or restaurant, caring for customers and making sure they’re in good shape. The price point really doesn’t matter, simply good service. A lot of far more expensive places I regular could learn a lot from an interaction I had passing through here at McDonald’s!

Drive thru people were just in a hurry but they got my order right and quickly the wait for the food isnt always the fastest. Sometimes they ask u to pull up and wait and then forget about you. The inside isnt any better . They say hold on hold on oh hold on. They promised me one night I pulled up for nuggets I sat 20 more mins and had to honk and tell them they forgot me then waited another 10 I complained at that point and they promised me a free meal next time I come in but didnt take any of my info and then she brushed me away so I ne er tried to get my free meal how would they even know… RUDE

To Whom it may concern, My Girlfriend and I have been faithful Customers to This McDonalds branch our whole lives! This Afternoon, we wanted some lunch. My Girlfriend always wants a plain burger with ONLY cheese and ketchup. No Onions, Pickles, or mustard, and I specifically order this everytime we go. This time when we got home and looked into our bag, her burgers were covered in Onions. She is Very much allergic to Onions and Could go into Cardiac arrest. It’s not hard to follow simple instructions, especially when I specifically ask for cheese and ketchup ONLY. We are disappointed, and spent a pretty penny on our order and My girlfriend couldn’t even eat hers. I hope this reaches to someone who can do something about this because this isn’t the only time…but this needs to be the last time.

Slowest service I have ever experienced, the staff is only concerned with drive up. Inside customers are ignored, doordash drivers wait 5 to 10 minutes for pick ups. There isn’t a happy or helpful employee in the place.
