Wasn’t the greatest, wasn’t the worst. Everything was okay.
Food: we got the deal pick six for two people for $19.99. You can pick two entrees out of the three. 2 out of the three sides, and two fountain drinks. Pretty good deal between two people for happy hour.
Service: jasmine did a good job. Help split our bills accordingly between four people.
Ambiance: this place is known to watch fights, sports or any entertainment you want to see.
parking: they have their own parking lot.

I love this place , I’ve been going here for years , don’t expect the wings to be hot , they’re always gonna be cold but that’s okay ! They’re still really good . I love this place , the service is nothing crazy , it’s just not bad . The tater tots are tooo good , everything is soooo good , even the burger !

I just ordered two breaded chicken burgers, 20, supposedly medium, boneless chicken, wings, and potato wedges from Buffalo, wild wings, which was delivered by GrubHub just short of midnight.
The chicken was so raw and undercooked. It was absolutely impossible to eat… I did have a few bites of the edge of the burger, but I could see immediately that the meat was pink and going further into the burger. It was completely raw.
The boneless chicken wings was ordered in medium heat, and we have done this before at the restaurant, but these wings were so hot and uneditable. We only had one each before spitting out the food and having to drink lots of fluid to them in the pain in the mouth.
Besides that the burger itself was cold, potato wedges, cold, and the onion rings was cold, all which we paid extra for …

Wife and myself went here for lunch. I had the 10 piece that comes with fries. We ordered 2 sweet Teas. Besides the restaurant being about 50 degrees inside. The meals arrived. No fries and we’re still waiting on our drinks. We asked another waitress about getting our drinks and our waitress showed up,, what food you order?? Exactly how stupid or disorganized can an individual be if they can’t remember. This was our first time being at this restaurant. Usually go to the one on Craig. We won’t be back. Service sucks

Ordered for delivery last night for my family spent a nice amount of money and was notified due to being busy i would have to wait an hour and a half for my food. I was ok with that but that isnt what happened a driver accepted my order and arrived early for the food, the food was ready for the driver but we werent notified and it wasnt scheduled to be ready when i received our food i was very disappointed, i expected a drop in temp due to the drive but everything was cold not a drop of warmth at all and i couldnt even chew my wings they were very tough, the bacon on my burger was burnt as well, i work in the food industry as a manager so i know about quality and this was not it unfortunately. I was told in the app i get free delivery i did not i was charged 3.99 still which no biggie but wasnt what was advertised i feel like for almost $140 in food it would have been better quality no matter the quantity from experience the food had been ready and sitting before promised time which making everything old and cold. I usually order wing stop it is usually a long wait but always hot food, your sauces are always so good but doesnt matter if the quality isnt on point so 1 star for me on delivery standpoint didnt bother to contact store about it after the long wait and having a hungry family they all ate it but definitely not satisfied gotta do better guys

UPDATE: ordered the food at 5:45, the confirmation email said my food would be ready at 6:22… At 6:45, it wasn’t even started. Do better!! ***. The food here is generally good but don’t order take out… You’ll wait an extra 15-20 minutes beyond the time THEY say it will be ready. There appears to be no system in place to keep the orders organized… Often, the take out counter doesn’t have anyone there despite “standing in front of the camera” AND other employees walking by.

ofc we all love Buffalo Wild Wings food always good . But the service on Craig SUCKS !
They refused to serve my party of 4 I don’t want to say it but yes we were all African American . They refused to let us dine due to the dining area being “closed” we arrived maybe around 12:05 dining area closed at “12:00” mind you two different race couple walked in right before us and were allowed to dine. I spoke with the manager ANGELO and he wasn’t very understanding or lenient with us only coming in 5 minutes after . After negotiating he said he’ll let us dine “if his staff wants to or agrees to serve us” of course they refused to serve us do to us going the manager. This is very disappointing. 0 STARS .

I just want to say our server was very sweet to us and checked in often. The issue was the fact that our food was nearly cold to the touch when we got it after waiting a long while.. thankful they comped half the food I only ate 3/10 but I was sad bc I haven’t had bww in literally years. I was really looking forward to it
