Problems were not solved. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food after my food arrived my pretzel was burnt requested them to fix it (they never put the order in!) waited another 15 minutes as I was waiting I watched three other vehicles pull in push the button proceed to be ignored and then leave. Quality of service is horrendous and terrible business management. Also, watched the one employee take a smoke break while I waited 5 minutes for someone to respond to the pushed red button. And it’s assumed it was THAT employee as there’s no staff.

We drove in, pushed the button and 10 minutes later still no response. Place was slammed. Left came back later. Never got response from staff. Talked to another patron who said there was only 2 staff, only filling on-line orders. You’d think they would post that somewhere visible. Bummed because we don’t have Sonic where we live. This was a major turn-off.

If I can give this place 0 starts. It deserves 0 stars. Waited over 25 minutes for one medium dr.pepper. Has happened 2 night in a row. Place is dead, no one is here and had to wait a while for a drink.

We DoorDashed a route 44 Strawberry slush add nerds. They literally sent nerd slush water. They did not send any strawberry at all. Pure laziness on Sonic’s part. Wish I could rate lower.

We ordered online and checked in, it then took 40 minutes and we had to call them to make them bring our food out. They were really rude about it and had a snobby attitude. We said no mustard on our burgers and they put double mustard and no ketchup on both burgers. I was chewing on the ice of my drink and I found a fingernail. I really do not like this place anymore. I’m gonna start going to the McDonald’s next-door, and I would recommend you do too. One more thing to add is that the fries were completely cold and they came out and they forgot the sauce.

Not only did it take 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order, the burger patty is old and hard, and the burger is made completely wrong. Since when did quarter pounders come with lettuce, onion, and tomato. Zero stars if I could.

They may be open 24 hours. But don’t bother going here past 9. I was told it would take 30 minutes for chili. Then I ended up waiting in line for over 20 minutes before just giving up. Don’t bother coming here. McDonald’s is close enough.

Worst sonic I have ever been to. We didn’t even get to order any food because they took no joke an hour and a half to answer. It was our fault for not checking the reviews first because everyone says it’s horrible and believe them, go somewhere else to eat don’t waste your time here.

Food was cold, we waiting 45 minutes, they served everyone else but my wife and I and forgot we were there even though we reminded them 3 times, I know THC is legal but these people were slow/rude and super high, absolutely abysmal service

The lady was extremely rude, I was doing a door dash order and I parked at one of the booths and waited like the doordash app instructed, when I got someone and I told them about the door dash order they just real quick sed “go inside” and then left, I was like ok I understand maybe the app was wrong, so I got out of the car and went to the door at the front of the sonic and waited a bit, an employe saw me and pointed to the side of the restaurant, I thought there was a door on the side or something so I went all the way around just to find nothing, so I thought maybe I miss heard the lady at the beginning so I decided to get in my car and go through the drive through, we’ll the same lady sed the exact same thing rudely “inside” and then left, so I went and asked through the window where they wanted me to go, he sed the front door so I did like i had at the beginning from the start and stood there for a bit, the exact same door i was at at the biggining when I was told to go to the side, then the same guy that I talked to in the window came up to the door and told me that they dont take door dash to us to the booths or the window and I would have understood that if they didn’t make me go around like a headless chicken when i was at the door from the beginning when the employe pointed to the side of the restaurant, extremely rude and extremely poorly managed
