Crispy chicken sandwich maybe because it’s burnt but that was before it was drenched in mayonnaise. Instead of adding cheese to the sandwich. Which may have made it salvageable, they slapped that slice on the tots that completely ruined them. I would like to know who in that establishment that prepared this mushy garbage and see if they would ever pay for what they served. New building same shitty food

I am the type of customer who tries to have everything perfect to make the cashiers/workers life easy. Well this time I messed up and ordered wrong and anything that I could do wrong I did wrong. But the workers fixed everything hastily, perfectly, and without any complaints and in fact with smiles. They were so amazing and I’m so thankful how patient and on point they were with me. Plus the food was so good and the deal were great!

Had to place two orders bc they didn’t get it right the first time. Placed order for 5 piece crispy chicken combo, 2 supersonic bacon cheeseburger combos supersonic cheeseburger combo
I don’t know what the hell they served instead of the crispy chicken but they were flat overcooked and rubbery. The burgers we’re swimming in mayonnaise causing the bun to be a mushy mess.. Can’t taste anything other than the salt from the tater tots.. WASTED $60 for a meal that ultimately the dog ate..except the wannabe chicken strips the DOG EVEN REFUSED TO EAT.
GUESS THEY FIGURED WE’D BE DISTRACTED BY THE NEW BUILDING AND WOULDNT NOTICE THE CRAPPY FOOD Once WE GOT HOME. IF I DODNT LIVE 10 MILES AWAY I WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT BACK AND DEMANDED A REFUND.

Today’s visit was not one of the best. The woman who took the order was a abrupt, rude, and unsuitable for dealing with the public. Her behavior gave the impression I was imposing on her time. (It was a simple order.) The food arrived and it was awful. The HB’s were cold, and not at all fresh. The only thing pleasant was the lady who brought out the food. We won’t be stopping there again.

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. (October 8, 2025, 6:00 pm) Little boy in the drive thru window with braces, needs to be more helpful, he did not offer anything to compensate for our extreme wait time. The manager is unprofessional, she wears the glasses in the group yet still can’t see why her service sucks. Waited 15 min JUST ONLY for mozzarella sticks and Jalapenos poppers. Would you guess why?? The COOK forgot to drop them, come on…do better kids. Miss manager with the glasses maybe next time just a suggestion, Don’t eat the wasted food at THE WINDOW right in front of the paying customers. Considering the wait time we spent on them(15 minutes). Glad I still asked for my refund☺️ All in all you looked messy and trashy. Do better. Worst idea of the day. Going to sonic in Portales! I hope you all stay as miserable as your service.

I am not one to leave reviews but this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from sonic and had awful service. I ordered on the app at 8:43 and checked in at 8:45. I did not receive my order until 9:20. I had to call in to check on my order and the girl on the speaker said “we have your order right here, it’ll be right out”. We waited another 15 minutes before the food was brought out. It was cold, like it had been sitting there the whole time. I called back in and the girl over the speaker was rude about it. They brought out “fresh” fries (I think it was the same fries that had been microwaved). The burger was not what I ordered and it the chicken sandwich was cold and hard. I am highly dissatisfied with this place. Management really needs to get it together.

It’s honestly crazy to me to see if fast food restaurant like sonic have the nerve to say that they’re busy when I see nothing but people getting drinks and really not that many cars and tonight I received no service after I made my order. I proceeded to wait 30 minutes to be Generous and then hit the order button to see where my order was at was greeted with a non-energetic don’t feel like I wanna be here kind of attitude said they would And then proceeded to wait another 10 to 20 minutes, called them again and was told that my order was canceled because they had it scheduled through drive-through even though I was install 13. Their system should’ve notified them that I was ordering through a stall, not through the drive-through, And with all that being said, the lady had the nerve to tell me that I should’ve notified them even though I already said I did and then said that it was my job to go inside and ask where my order was, worst customer service but that’s a norm I guess for this state

Everytime I come here, the lady on the speaker is tremendously rude. She does not greet nor thank any one. She talks very quietly over the speaker and gets upset when you can’t hear her. Unacceptable

On 3/7/24 at approximately 6:45pm I placed an online order which included a cheeseburger that my daughter was looking forward to. When we got back home and I went to cut it in half for her I noticed a very long hair that looked blonde/whitish hanging out. I called the store to let them know & reassured them I wasn’t looking for money back or anything. Simply calling to make them aware so they could tighten up their processes/cleanliness. The girl who picked up basically told me she couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have anyone with that color hair cooking (only “guys” and someone with pink hair). I explained again how she could address it in a general fashion because regardless of the color of people’s hair working I most definitely found the hair. She still proceeded to go back and forth with me about how no one working has that color hair. I explained how I didn’t appreciate the going back and forth with me and just want them to be aware/address the lack of cleanliness. Finally as I THOUGHT we were going to hang up she says “I’ll be sure to let the boys know they need to tie their short hair back.” I lost it again because I feel like that was a smart comment (not okay for someone working in a customer service role…which I’m sorry, but fast food is definitely that). Any professional knows it’s not appropriate to argue with your customers or make slick comments. I then realized when I looked at the hair that it had a pink tone to it and called back to confirm. She then proceeds to offer me a credit. Why that wasn’t the first thought when I reported the issue I have no clue, but also don’t care because I don’t need a measly $2 back. I just want them to not leave their filthy hair in my food (or anyone else’s) for that matter. It’s hard to see in the pics I was able to get, but it’s most definitely there.
