Yeahhh…… maybe don’t go so early in the day. I don’t usually post reviews but this was crazy. I thought okay the tots are over cooked and tasted old, I’ll just eat the “chili cheese” dog, nope… I’ll just eat the burger then… allergic to onions cannot eat the burger now… Only good thing was the drink and MozzarellaSticks. What a waste of $20.

Not this sonic in particular but sonic in general is becoming blah. Ordered “jumbo” chicken bites. The only thing jumbo was the amount of breading they use. Hardly any chicken at all. And the little sliver of chicken inside is dried out and gross. Had to go to a gas station to get better chicken bites.

Pushed the button to place the order. Waited for 10 minutes. Finally went to the drive-thru. The lady that took our order was rude. It made me repeat my order three times. Ask what time happy hour was since it was a couple of minutes after to the lady told me no. It starts at 2:30 until 4:30.

If I could give less stars I would. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with only mayonnaise and onions with cheese tots as the side. Then they told me they can’t add cheese to tots anymore. So I checked the menu and decided on chili cheese tots. And they said they can’t do that either even though it’s clearly on the menu. Then when I got to the window I asked why they can’t put cheese on them anymore and no one had an answer at all. So I asked how long they’ve had this rule and no one could answer that one either. So I asked is it all Sonic stores or just this one and once again they had no answer. So I got my food and left. Only to find out my burger was made with only mustard lettuce and tomato. Not even close to what I ordered. Mistakes happen and I understand that. So I went back and explained the situation. Then the manager came over and asked how my burger was supposed to be cooked. So now I’ve explained it three times and I get the replacement burger and it doesn’t even have bacon on it. When I explained it to the lady she seemed just as confused as the first time. And I had to explain it to someone else once again. This is just ridiculous. No one in there had a hairnet or gloves on either. Something I noticed at the last minute. But I guarantee I will never go back to that place.

This sonic needs to change their oil.The fries are stale because they soak up all of the old rancid oil.This has happened numerous times.I’m done with Sonic! It is absolutely Nasty!Management needs to monitor how often they change their oil & Monitor food quality.

My husband had a foot long chili cheese coney ️
We both had the quarter pound double cheeseburger, bun was hard, idk what was going on with the meat. I had chili cheese tots….. DISGUSTING
the only thing fresh on it was the onions. We both got shakes and BOTH WERE SOUR
THIS mess made us sick
95% went in the trash ️
What a waste of $30
I’m glad we were just passing through…. mental note made!…. would not recommend and won’t stop if we come back through
