This is what I opened my smash burger box and saw. Really guys? Come on now. You guys know better than this. What’s going on back there in the kitchen? March 4th 2026 I ordered two Cheesecake shakes and when I took a sip of mine it was rotten sonic needs to do better by checking Thier items. I called them and honestly they didn’t do anything about it but hopefully they start checking Thier items because people could get sick! Won’t be ordering no more shakes from them no more. I spent my own money thinking it was going to be good but I just wasted my money on two rotten shakes they gave me! CHECK ITEMS!!!

Paid $26 for absolute trash. That’s harsh but I literally threw everything we ordered besides the drink into the trash! My kids burgers were old, Cold, and hard around the edges, all the tater tots were cold and hard as a rock, and my chicken strips weren’t even edible and was only given two rocks instead of the 5 piece I ordered. Thought I cracked my tooth biting into it. Sonic on Prince used to be so good and it’s so nasty every time I go now. I will never be back to this Sonic. I’m tired of wasting my money then be asked to tip.
I would of took the food back but we had already made it home and with sick kids I didn’t want to load them back up and drag them around town just to get the food I was supposed to get in the first place.

during this time was a bit busy so i could understand to a certain extent but had to toss out the lettuce for how bad it was expected it to be a bit better given the chicken sandwich was about six dollars

Best sonic and cheesesticks in town! Carhop was super friendly. Drinks made as requested and soft pretzels are reminiscent of Annie’s. Love the strawberry shortcake snowball slush.

I ordered a crispy chicken wrap as I have for yearrrrs and the person on the speaker said we don’t have that I suggested she ask another person cuz I get it often for literally almost 10 years then she gets it and rings it up I get home and this is what I receive . 2 pieces of lettuce a tinnny amount of ranch no cheese this is pitiful I saint go back cuz they also took about 20 min for this 3 drinks and a kid burger but at least I have cheese lettuce and stuff to actually fill the dang tortilla at home ..
