Thank you Sonic for always getting my order WRONG!!! Now I can stop waisting my money here!!! If you can’t give a customer a fresh burger and the way they ask for it (no onions) then close your doors. My burger was cold, had onions and I couldn’t throw it out the window fast enough. Everyone Don’t waist your time going to this sonic. Just the outside of the building shows they don’t care. Even my drink is not what I ordered. If you can’t do simple tasks like that, you have some serious issues!! At this rate, there is only gonna be one sonic in town and they care there!!! Never again will I come to this sonic again!!!

Can’t go lower. Came here to order drinks at the drive up. I started to order and they only got the one drink, which wasnt even correct by the way, refused to hear the rest of the order and when I tried again and told them I my original order wasnt finished just said okay and didnt even attempt to get the rest of it. Can’t even describe the lack of care or attention at all. Absolutely worst service I got from sonic ever!

Rolled up here to grab a quick snack for the road and we had a difficult time!! First off, the ordering menu we parked at was not very functional, the kid taking our order was having a hard time hearing our order, the whole ordering process took like 5 minutes!! Then when the girl came out to give us our order, she proceeds to tell us that that particular stall isn’t working!! Like ok!? Then where is the sign letting customers know to not use that stall!? Other than that, food was great but they are notoriously known for being slow.

Sonic used to be a favorite. Services use to wear skates and sauces came with meals. Now it’s just more over priced trash food no different thana McDonald’s. Shame

The food is okay. The staff is friendly except for the older guy who is usually working the drive-thru. He rarely speaks. On the intercom, you are greeted with a mumbled word that is unrecognizable. He’s clearly pushing the mic button for 1/2 a second. He gives you the food, without a greeting, no smile, and then no thank you, just shuts the drive thru window. They seem to keep most of the litter out of the parking lot. But, all of the screens and exterior of the building need a good cleaning. It’s just ICK. That’s my honest review.

Ordered a bar food the waiter asked us four times how much sauce we wanted we told them and then our food came out with no sauce. We push the button to ask for sauce since they didn’t give us any and they argue with us saying they gave us some when they didn’t. They got mad And finally brought some out.

This location is the worst I have ever been to. I have a problem EVERY time I’ve come here. Every order from here has been wrong in some way. Examples: I ordered light ice on the drinks, ice all the way to the bottom of the cup. Hardly any chili on chili dogs. Missing/wrong toppings on hamburgers. Tonight was the last straw. We had a large order and they got a bunch of things wrong. Half the kids meal was missing, no marinara sauces for the mozzarella sticks, brought us the wrong sauce and had to send back because the person argued with us about the number of sauces she could bring us without a charge. When we finally got the order fixed, our food was cold.

Ordered the cherry slush this had to be the worst I’ve ever had! Tasted like nasty tap water is used to make the slushie not enough flavor tasted watered down. Do not go to this location its the worst and I have been to a lot throughout the USA!

I ordered a single soda in the app before arriving. Tell me why someone pulled up next to me, ordered breakfast through the speaker & got their order at the same time as me? I waited 10 minutes for a soda? Not the end of the world but this is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to, wow.

I will not be returning to this specific Sonic. I got similar things as I had at other Sonic’s, but this one is especially bad. In other Sonic’s in town, I got the jumbo popcorn chicken, mozzarella sticks, and corn dogs. From the picture of the popcorn chicken, it looks like we only got a few, but we got much more than shown in the picture. However, it didn’t make up for how gross the chicken was. It was pretty dry and not enjoyable. The shake was good, but the same cannot be said for everything else we got. We also got a corn dog, and a breakfast burrito. The breakfast burrito was a waste of money, being both tiny and disgusting. The batter on the corn dog was still wet and uncooked. The person taking our order was not very friendly, either. Overall, a very bad experience, and I will not be coming back to this Sonic. Go to a different one
