Chuck’s has in my opinion and team’s opinions, the best maple bar in the greater Seattle area. Delicious frosting, light and fluffy dough. Highly recommend if you’re searching for a perfect maple bar.

I didn’t know donuts could be this good! Get at least a half a dozen so you can try multiple. I had the maple bar. It was SO soft and had the perfect amount of maple on top. It was so busy inside. It’s a popular place, for good reason!

Small mom & pop kind of place. I wasn’t a huge fan of their donuts, as donuts are a bit dense/hard for my liking. As I like a light and fluffy donut with a nice, smooth, glazey chocolate/maple glaze on top, I don’t like frosting like top & that’s what they have here & not very good tasting chocolate & maple. A bit griddy, and is very sweet but the wrong kind of sweet if that makes sense. I did enjoy their apple fritter though

Donut itself is ok, went with mapple one as people suggested. Staff can be more friendly.

I think i met the owner when I came in this morning. She was so nice! I told her I seen a video on Tik Tok and she sold me some donuts she has saved, I got there around 10am and she was almost sold out! So get there early! The donuts that I was able to try were so good, the blueberry scones was delicious the maple bars are soooooo good! Next time Im going to pre-order so we can try them all!

I only came here cause 2 other places weren’t either open or our of donuts completely. I wish their maple bars were better.. they don’t even taste like a maple bar. Even the frosting on it looked depressing. The blueberry topped muffins were very dry. If you ask me I think they should research online and revamp their donuts cause they definitely are not the best donuts id rather get them at 7/11

Hands down the best maple bars in Washington state, not the normal hard sugary maple glaze but a fluffy creamy texture. I’ve been coming here for a little over 20 years and they’re still the best!

Oh my goodness! I’m out here from the Washington DC area visiting my adult child and they told me I absolutely had to try Chuck’s donuts. We ordered them last night and picked them up this morning. The apple fritter was absolutely incredible. The crispy edges punctuated with glaze made my eyes roll back in my head. The maple bar was as light as a cloud and the house made maple frosting was incredible. This place is a 10/10. I will definitely be back there again!

They are known for their Maple Bars. I actually find the dough too light and like I am eating air, actually preferring them a day old so they get a bit more stale and solid, but for those looking for that lightness in dough none do it better.
I also like their Apple Fritter, Blueberry Donut (not the scone), and Maple Nut Persian.

Yum!! It’s not fancy or a place inviting to sit down and lounge at with your prized food but… you are missing out on a regional treasure if you don’t get some doughnuts here! Lots of options. Their maple icing alone is worth the trip. Pop in early any morning and grab a pre-boxed assorted dozen that will make everyone’s day! They are fast and efficient even in a morning rush, and if you are pressed for time you can buy your coffee while you’re there too. Fast, friendly and delicious—I’d actually choose Chuck’s over Krispy any day of the week!
