IDK whats going on at this location. I pushed a button and waited 6 minutes and nobody helped me. Went to the drive thru and waited another long time and nobody took my order. Drove to the window and let the guy know and he said there were only two workers. Himself and a cook. Feel bad for the dude man. Hes getting yelled at by customers driving off and stopping at the window to yell. Not his fault but this has been a common occurrence at this location lately. Came 2 weeks ago and waited nearly 30 minutes and then my order was completed wrong and cold cold. This is sad. This time I checked my food. Once again, made my green Chile cheeseburger with mayo and onions. I went inside and the 3 employees, not 2 were so lost. I felt bad for them. Close the store if this is what you got. The manager inside said it was his last day. I can see why! Forgot my green Chile on my tots. Forgot to check those. This is bad bad

The food is pretty rough at this location. We’ve tried it a few times and the burgers are always old and burnt and hard. Ice cream is good though.

Terrible food and service. Nearly every item was wrong. They made my ocean water with soda water instead of sprite. My dry and plain jr burger was smothered in ketchup. Already tried contacting store, and contacted corporate 3 times, each indicating store would contact me. Never did. Don’t go here.

Paid for a large chili cheese tot, This is a small tot spread out across a large tray and all the chili is the burned scraps on the outside of the pot. I was also not given a receipt. Expect garbage and no way to resolve the issue.

Took order at drive thru. Got to window she took order twice more still got it wrong. Charged me twice. Was given half of the order had to wait 10 min for other half. Then I was still missing items exited another 10 min all I got was sorry sir. Got home and the burgers were cold and completely not what I ordered and was terribly made. No straws fries were just thrown in bag. This location is terrible, I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Wasted $60

Literally waited a hour for my food and drinks not only that was missing half my food and got my bag like this my food was cold my burger was soggy worst sonic to come to sad thing is these weren’t teens these were grown adults in their 50s at least like what happen to good customer service when you pay for something

I won’t be returning to this location. Every time I’ve stopped here, the staff, mostly teenagers, seem completely uninterested in their jobs. My most recent visit was especially disappointing: the cheddar peppers were raw, my order was missing ranch, and my burger was soggy from being drenched in mayo. On a previous visit, the fries were so hard they were inedible. For the prices they charge, the quality of food and service is unacceptable. The service is consistently poor, with employees showing little respect or care. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Went to grab some lunch today (1/3/26). I got there around 10:50am, before the lunch rush. I ordered a chili dog, tots, and a soda. Then I waited. People who parked after me were leaving, the drive thru was moving along quickly, and my food was nowhere. After 30 mins I tapped the red button and asked where my food was. The guy on the other end said it would be right out. To my surprise it was. But it was COLD. Like it had been just sitting there for the last 30 mins. I was tempted to ask for it to be remade but feared it would take another 30 minutes or they’d spit on it or something. So I thanked the guy and left. I would recommend going to the other Sonic’s around. This place just isn’t it. On top of the lack luster service, the majority of their ordering screens don’t work.

So they make it harder to get the half price drinks…u have to use app and then it mysteriously doesn’t work at any location you try to use it. Sonic sucks! They used to be the best place. I would get discount drinks which then encouraged me to get food too. Now they gouge on the drinks, their food quality has significantly gone down and I guess since I can’t at least get a discount I’ll just say goodbye to sonic. Everything I can get there is better somewhere else anyway. It was the drink price that kept me coming and now that’s ruined. The kids working there are nice and trying their best with what corporate gives them I guess.
