I didn’t even get to order, I went through the the drive through but they didn’t know their own menu women in red dreads I asked about the specialty drinks and she didn’t know what I was talking about, and I even went to the parking to order and they had me waiting and waiting so I went to Raisingkanes they automatically understood what I wanted they got my money instead and I paid less, with less stress and time funny part kanes drive thru didn’t work properly but yet they’re people worked fast , there was even 2 lines of cars and sonic had 3 cars I mean c’mon, I’m definitely not returning to this location again. Also I was hungry I just wanted something to eat, something simple and got off a 10hr shift already myself. The picture is of me buying kanes instead of sonic.

We ordered a medium and small malt, a pretzel and onion rings through the drive through. The lady repeated the order back to me with I confirmed to be correct. We waited for our order for a very long time. They all seemed to be laughing and joking the entire time just standing around . She finally gave us one medium malt and proceeded to take the card for payment. She gave the card back with no receipt. We continued to wait with a long line behind us. Finally she gave us the onion rings and pretzel and I asked for my small malt and the receipt. She could not provide the original receipt but gave a different receipt with the amount still due for a small malt. She said the card wasn’t working, which I know it was because the first transaction worked and afterwards I checked my card which was working. At that point I just let it go. The malt we did get did not taste right and the onion rings tasted very sweet. Pretty disappointed with the service and food for such a simple order.

Poor service is all I can say.. pressed the button but no one responded, we had to leave after 15 and go through the drive thru. If the location was busy I’d understand but no one was hardly here.. Also, I could see inside and they were just standing around doing nothing most of the time. One worker was drinking over a prep area, another was on his phone (photo) and proceeded to pick his nose, and the woman with red hair didn’t have her hair tied back like she should. It’s a convenient location but the service has gone down over the years. Food is good but be ready to wait awhile for it.

It’s so sad that this is the closest sonic to us. Seems like everytime we come something is wrong. Wrong drinks, wrong food, waiting 20 minutes for drinks.
Today my son and I ordered on the app and arrived to pick up the order. It was fairly quick… But as soon as I took a look at my drink I already knew it was bad/wrong. My favorite drink is the Lemonade Cream Cooler. It SHOULD come as a blended drink (ice cream and lemon slush). Everywhere I go its a little different, some places put it in the plastic cup, some a regular foam cup and regular lid. When it’s made properly it comes with the lid for a shake/blast so u can eat it with a spoon. This location has never done that. Usually it’s whatever. But today the dri k i got had lemon slush, a glob of ice cream in the middle and lemon slush on top.
So on top of paying $5 for a drink, i had to go home and blend it myself. Such a shame that all these workers want top pay but can’t even get a person’s drink order right. My advice always check before u leave. I’ll be finding another location as for myself.

They just gave me the worst double Sonic Smasher, and even burger, I’ve ever had.
It’s like old and reheated.

Tried a different location today. Service was great but the food was horrible. Ordered breakfast food for the office the sausage was sooo thin and there was like 1/2 an egg in every item. It’s like they made 2 sandwiches out of the contents on 1. Go to the location on Menaul and Carlisle, they’re better.

Their consistency is awful. Ordered a blue coconut ice cream slush and half the time it’s not made right. Ice cream slushes should have ice cream not creamer.

10/10 do not recommend, they will not give you reciepts for your order, they will give you cold food, they lack customer service all around and to be honest would recommend any other location than this one, if i find a way to call corporate or the DM I will.
