I was waiting 20 minutes for a single ice cream item. Nothing came. I hit the button to speak with the workers, no response. The I knocked on the door, I was met with IMMEDIATE attitude and was told if there only 2 workers, and when I said didn’t care because I was literally the ONLY customer on the lot so the amount of workers was irrelevant, and the Hispanic gentleman’s response was “You don’t care? Well, I don’t care either” and to slam the door in my face. The Black female worker’s attitude was mildly better but she also said there was no manager, no way to contact their manager, nor did they even know their NAMES. Later I was taking pictures of the lot for proof I was literally the only customer and the guy came out and started to approach me. I told him to stay away. He CONTINUED to approach. I had to scream at him to get him to stop. Absolutely unacceptable in every aspect.

EDIT: It’s been a week, and they still have not refunded my purchase. So not only are they rude, incompetent, and borderline threatening, they literally steal money from their customers. Wretched, awful place.

The small girl with red hair and big lips who was working the afternoon of November 5th. She forgot the guys drink in front of me, he had to reverse to go back and get it. She took forever to get my order which was just 4 corn dogs, fries, and a drink. When she brought me my order there was no ketchup. When I asked “Is there ketchup in the bag?” She said “I don’t know.” as if it’s her job to make sure there is (which it is.) I started driving away until my sister told me that she had also forgotten our one drink we got. I too had to turn around and get it to where she said nothing to me, just handed me the drink. No apologies and no thank you. Not to mention the 2 burnt cold corn dogs (I forgot to take a photo of one) that she carelessly handed me. Customer service has gone down hill. This sonics owner or manager need to reevaluate their employees and their decisions in hiring.

It took 45 minutes to get our food. It was cold and our slushes were melted. The hamburgers were so messy. There is absolutely no professional etiquette to at least have the food look appealing or appetizing.
It just shows that the employees have no professionalism, no accountability, and no motivation to do a good job and satisfy the customer.
They just don’t care.

I understand visiting a place several times and 1 time out of a 100 times of having a subpar or horrible experience is not enough to complain, but our last visits have been so disappointing. The entire last order was gross and put together as if they were mad mad mad. We probably won’t be missed, but if everyone else gets the same service and old or horribly put together food, this location might be missing a crowd.

Great food. The one Sonic that uses clean cooking oil and it sure made a difference. Drinks were messed up and our order was wrong but we caught it before leaving. Something was messed up with the fountain because the drinks were kinda watery and gross.

The blue hair chick in the drive thru was rude while serving us. She did not have proper customer service and she forgot to give us our food and started handing us the people behind us drinks. I would not go back anytime soon if shes working. She made this location non enjoyable. We didn’t even get our receipt and she was giving us dirty looks. We didn’t get the right sauces we wanted and no cheddar with our pretzels.

Waited 30 minutes for a drink. I dont understand why or how it took 30 minutes for a drink. I did not order anything else, but a drink.

I will not return back to this location, ever again!

Drive through,
We ordered 3 shakes all with extra stuff two of them where banana and they did an amazing job. Husband ordered a Oreo shake and it was not extra Oreo it was mainly ice cream light Oreo. We paid extra for this and it was not how we asked for it to be. Disappointing. Food was good minus my meal I asked for no onions and there where loads of onions with old lettuce and the cheeseburger was so sloppy soaked in mustard and mayo and ketch up all over the wrapper and bun. I could not even eat it. the wrapper even said NO ONIONS with a sticker in yellow. You had one job.. yikes

I have yet to have a visit where something isn’t wrong with the order. This particular time I ordered a cherry limeade slush and they brought me the soft drink. They made the slush but it had no cherries in it AND I ordered extra. There are so few choices in this town so I wish they would do better. And they are incredibly slow to prepare and deliver, even when it’s just drinks.
