Went for lunch today, Sonic wasn’t busy but we had a wait in line. Our tots weren’t fully cooked they were a pale white color. Lettuce on my toaster sandwich was 1 inch thick yellow and small like just a chunk of the heart. Other than that it tasted good. Was disappointed should of just went to McDonald’s or Carl’s Jr

I have not ate at Sonic in a while but today, I wanted a coney so I got my meal at the drive thru and went home for lunch. I opened the bag and was very dissatisfied. My tots looked a year old but I ate my coney anyway because it looked decent. Come on Sonic employees! We’re paying customers! It’s not like we have many options in this small town!

It’s been going downhill for a good while. Usually it’s not horrible. Today whomever is SUPPOSED to be there has the store open but left or was ignoring all the customers trying to order. There was 6 different people trying to order and we all waited almost 10min before leaving.

Food and service was great, always pricey but plan on waiting a few minutes to get your order it takes a little bit but most Sonic’s have fresh food so that could be the reasoning.

Terrible service. Took 30 minutes to get my order out once I pulled into a stall. And it was an order ahead order so they had extra time. When I finally got my order my large tater tot was only half full. And there was a hair in my ice cream. Really disappointed

Worst Sonic ever!! Service was the west I’ve ever had. I ordered just one chili dog and it took over twenty mins.. I saw them make it and put it in the table to take out and it just sat there and they kept looking at me waiting. I ordered through the app and asked if my order had gone through and he said yes. But never brought out to me until I pushed the red button and said if I don’t get the chili dog in one min I want my money back. Guess what happened,, yup got the chili dog. Why are people like this?? And it wasn’t busy at all.

Dang it. I always have a good experience here. But got home and they had given me the wrong slushies. I was suppose to have real fruit slushies, and ended up getting a cherry and lemon lime slush. Not the strawberry and lemon slush. And I don’t live near them and I paid a different price. So not to happy

I always stop here before heading out of Winslow! The food and service are always great. It’s located at the edge of town where it’s quiet with the occasional rumbling of the train but it’s a vibe I’m 100% behind. Love it.
