ordered in apps for curbside pickup and had to wait for 24 minutes. When I was about heading inside to see what’s is going on, staff showed up with no greeting no apology no nothing. handed the food to me and left. When I got home opened up my order. Food was cold. My spicy deluxe McCrispy wasn’t only cold but no lettuce, no tomatoes. And I had to pay extra for something called “deluxe” but it came out worse than a basic one. I do not expect much for the fast food restaurants and in this case McDonald’s. However, I was treated better and served quality food at other McDonald’s locations. Not as bad as this one on County Line.

Tried my fries before I even left the lot of the drive-thru, warm! Very disappointing, it seems the food at this location is never fresh. You can’t smell the aroma once the window open, nor once the bag is handed off to you, AND it’s never hot to the touch. Just spent 20 bucks on food that tastes like it has sat on my countertop hours after I purchased it. I live within walking distance of this locale as well, so this is just frequently disappointing

Worst McDonald’s experience ever – Sunday morning family outing ruined 9:00am
Dirty, unsafe, and poorly managed
Stopped in on a Sunday morning with my kids after a bike ride, and it was the worst McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had.
Play area & tables: Both were dirty, with what looked like feces in the play area. My kids didn’t even feel comfortable playing.
Ordering: The kiosks force you away from personal service. Not family-friendly at all.
Dining room: The floor was slimy and slippery, like it had been mopped with dirty water.
Staff & management: The manager admitted she didn’t have enough staff, didn’t provide proper utensils for our food, and nothing was fixed after concerns were raised.
This location feels consistently neglected and unsafe for families. As a neighborhood McDonald’s within biking distance, it should be a welcoming stop — instead, it was a health hazard.
I hope ownership takes urgent action to clean, staff, and manage this store properly. Families deserve much better.

This was probably one of the worst experiences I had at McDonald’s. For one, no one would come to the counter and 3 of 4 of the kiosk were shutdown. So I entered my order on the one that was working and there were no table tents for me to enter a number in, nor did the machine produce a receipt. I had to basically raise my voice for one of the workers to come help me. Then, when we walked in, the floor was wet…very wet. My grandson slipped, but I didn’t make a big deal. When we finished eating about 30-45 mins later, the floor was still very wet. Not sure what is going on at this McDonald’s, but I do not recommend dining in!

Finally, my good friend and I are able to go to a McDonald’s in Madison again! Bad experience at the one on Madison Blvd made us not go to any McDonald’s for a while. I wish I had gotten names because I would praise them right now! I work at a restaurant, so I see things that “civilians” wouldn’t see. The young man who brought out our food was smiling and asked if we needed anything else…the manager was ON POINT! I watched her directing her employees in a firm & informative way, without being a jerk. I was impressed and I haven’t said this for a while!! Great Job Guys!! If I could have given 10 ⭐’s for service, I would have!! **The fries were hot and fresh, too!! Yay!

Previous visits were “ok” in a pinch and the kids liked it; the inside has always been a little messy but has gotten worse and worse to the point of just nasty.
Ice cream spills all over, instead of cleaning it just left or with a wet floor sign. Floors, tables, everything was sticky and gross. Food everywhere with smooshed fries or nuggets places.
Hard to see the “sticky” residue in the photos but clearly nothing had been adequately cleaned in quite a while
Filthy, stale food, and not worth the $. Too many other options to settle for that.

I could not tell you how many times I got a fish sandwich that was “kind of” put together right. The buns and filets are definitely smaller than they used to be. It’s also very frustrating when you get barely warm fries.

So I do come here regularly cause my daughter is the manager and there is the play place for the Grandkids to play , but on 12/19/25 @ 5:51pm my daughter was on shift and my husband ( her step dad) did a survey. He did the high satisfied on everything so he could get the free apple pie like a lot of people do. The was not fresh so he ask for a fresh one my daughter say we always have a problem when we come here. Her dad was willing to wait the 12 mins on pies. The lady behind him was upset cause she was rude. It doesn’t matter if we were her parents or not we are paying customers. I was really disappointed in the manager.
