The carhop was the sweetest girl in fixing the order. However, the order itself was so messed up on the price, my food came to us with items I requested to omit. The food was extremely over cooked. I worked at a couple Sonics 20+ years ago and it’s always fun to take my kids to show them all the different drink options. This time was just a huge fail. Hopefully it was just a super “off” day. We will have to go again to see if that is a regular occurrence.

Beware that when you go to sonic and order the six dollar smasher meal… You will automatically be upcharged to the $12 smasher meal without them. Asking you I want you to argue about it.Which one you would prefer. I just called the sonic anthornydale. To find out the difference between the $6 and 12 dollar smasher, meals. And the girl blatantly hung up on me. Do not fall victim to the bait, and switch of this establishment. We should have questioned it.But we were tired and hungry.And i’m sure they depend on those kind of customers.

Horrible service tonight around 6:45pm. The tots were a bit strange in flavor, jalapeño cheese poppers were a bit overcooked, burgers were pretty decent just not very warm, and drinks taste more like soda water than doctor pepper and rootbeer. We waited 15 or so minutes before getting addressed then waited another 10-15 before pulling to the drive thru instead and finally getting properly addressed, but still having to wait about 5 to get to order and roughly 30 more before getting the food. The night crew this time around sucked horribly.

They messed up our order. Unfortunately the chili cheese fries comes in the same container as a chili cheese hot dog and we couldn’t tell what was what we knew. We were missing something. We thought it was the size but we were actually missing a whole hot dog. Once we got the replacement for the sides everything was overcooked dry and disgusting. This is like the third time this has happened at the Sonic location. I will not be going there again for food. The drinks were excellent though

Absolutely the slowest food ive ever seen. I dont eat at sonic but I door dash and ive had to leave multiple times while waiting for food. Like 30 min and one car has made it out of drive through type waiting.

Used to come here all the time and service was always great. Obviously management is no longer running things well anymore because this Sonic has turned into a complete train wreck. Broken order kiosks, broken card readers and utter confusion. Got brought the wrong order then got asked 3x what my order was again. After 20 minutes I gave up and went elsewhere. Wont be coming here anymore.

Lets see if the bot responds and tells me to go to their website with the link that doesn’t even work… lol.

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Got half a container of over fried in old oil fries and an over microwaved chicken sandwich. You know when you over heat bread in the microwave and it becomes hard and stale? Well that’s what happened. I also think they might have taken it out of the trash and reheated it. Very disgusted. Change your oil!! None of this food is edible. The drink was a strawberry limeade and that was decent.

Waited at the stall for over 20mins for a mobile order. I had to press the button & ask where my food was. They bring my food out & I was missing food. The food was absolutely disgusting. Burger was hard, tater tots were hard as a rock. My drink was drenched in cherry syrup. Absolute waste of money. I’ll never come back to this location.

Ordered something called a “cheesy” bacon stack and as you can see on both orders, there is no cheese. I also ordered and paid for 5 extra sauces, which they tried to give me only 1 and argue that the rest was on the burger. When I paid for it and it was on my receipt. Very messed up and cheap location.

Tried to order a drink special off the app.
Had problems, employees refused to honor it claiming the app was through “a third party” even though it was the Sonic ordering app and there was bays specific for those customers at the location; Sonic branded app, not third party, terrible excuse. Employees were clueless about any specials in general or that Sonic regularly offered this same drink special in the past without the app. Extremely disappointing that society forces everyone through broken apps just to be berated by the employees for trying to use it.
