SUPER slow service and no one gives a damn they had receipts and drinks lined up for over 9 ORDERS; bags of food waiting and NO sense of urgency or care!! I ordered ahead on mobile trying to make a quick pick up and 30min later I’m still sitting here waiting for my food that will probably be cold or dried out from sitting under that heat lamp

Come right out which it did meaning it was just sitting there and of course everything was COLD and then they sent a cook out and he just looking at me like I’m bothering him lol wild

Stopped by last night needing a quick bite to eat. My husband decided to park in a spot instead of the line. Which wasn’t too long. After deciding and pushing the order button, we hear mumbles and drive thru. We thought she said she’d be with us in minute after the drive thru order.
Another vehicles pulls in next to us a few minutes later, pushes button and again I hear drive-thru, a bit more clearly than our resposne. I said to my husband “did she tell us and them to go to the drive thru?” He didnt think that was possible so we still waited. He pushes the button again and is now clearly told to go to drive thru (by someone different). Had we been told this clearly the fist time instead some mumbling we would have moved and not wasted so much time.
We move to the drive thru, much longer now even though its after 10:30 pm. Two cars leave the line the service was so bad. So we got to order fairly quick. Car in front of us is gets to window and gets food almost immediately. We confirm with the girl at window what we ordered she takes card to other side to process payment and comes back. We wait, and wait and wait. She comes back almost 10 minutes later and asks us what we were waiting on. We tell her, again and get the food a minute or two later.
We pull into a spot to eat. Can’t drive and eat chili cheese dogs driving. Too messy. NO ketchup for the fries, terrible service and food was barely ok.
Will never go to this location again. Have some staff at night to take care of customers properly. It took us a good 45 minutes in all to stop, order, get food and leave.
Dont bother replying telling me to contact someone so the drive thru can be held accountable. This review and all the others is more than enough to make changes and hold them accountable.

I got a dish of ice cream add Reese’s peanut butter cups. It’s was 10 out of 10. Pretty quick . A couple bucks . And so delicious for soft serve , like unexpected delicious!!!

The most incompetent group of workers I have ever experienced. My food was waiting on the counter and was served to me cold as hell. Because they couldn’t figure out how much change to give me and instead of giving me my order while it was hot and ready the guy at the window took 2 other peoples orders while mine was again getting cold on the counter. I even waved at a worker to help me and they ignored me and kept talking to the guy at the register. They all seemed confused and razzled over giving me change back so I just asked for a refund then they got into a frenzy over finding the receipt, even tho my cash was in their hands. I just got off work and I felt like clocking back in just to make my order correct. Confusing and agitating experience makes me not want to return. No one was rude they were all nice just confusing and incompetent.

This Sonic night crew is awesome! Callie, Lucas and Galen worked hard to get the orders out as quickly as possible while still being friendly and professional. Food’s good but the customer service is always great!

Guy covered with blood and no t shirt walked through the stalls 8 pm. Waited 30 minutes for sonic, pickup order too. They forgot about my order. I pressed the button, they canceled my button press. Waited 10 more minutes and pressed the button again. Said they’ll be right there, food was cold and soggy. Lmao screw this

Very disappointed gave 1 star because I had tok. Asked for tots and fries by time I got home there was only fries and those were so hard and cold. My chicken sandwich was hard. What top it off is they made us go through drive through instead of ordering at the stalls there were beer bottles that I didnt see and ran one over. Told the girl at the window and okay ill tell someone. 100% not going back that was a waste of money.

Honestly, it was a rough start to my day just having to pack and move, and i pulled up into the driveway and Maria was extremely cheerful and nice. I havent had this type of customer service in so long that it was starting to feel like people just dont care. Not here! She takes pride in being the opener and made my day with her attitude and smile. Keep on keeping on girl!
