It’s har to not give want to give someone a good review. But I hard when you take your family here for dinner and pay about $45. Just to get home and find out multiple items are missing. Now I have someone with out the food they paid for. And every one else is supposed to enjoy their food in front of this person. It made for an uncomfortable meal. Thank you Sonic staff. Maybe if you slow down and double check your work. Now I’m left with, do I really want to go back and get my refund. Maybe you need it more, to hire responsible employees.

25 mins in the drive thru for a drink, and cheddar poppers seem a bit ridiculous. They had sent 6 cars behind me away with the drinks they purchased and whatever else was on the orders. However, I sat there and sat there. Was lied to and sat there some more. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have actually left. They gave me a coupon coin for a free medium drink. I will donate to a homeless person because I would never putlrchase a medium, and I think this medium drink won’t make up for the lost time I had sitting in the drive thru waiting and waiting. It’s time we start getting some adults back into the businesses and get them properly managed. Kids are kids they just want the money they don’t care about the job.

The worst food. The fries tasted like old grease, chewy and smelled like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. They are brown and not edible. Waste of money and not worth the drive to take back.

We picked up dinner from Sonic and both mine and my son’s chicken sandwiches were raw. I ate some of my sandwich and I noticed the chicken texture tasted different. IT WAS RAW!! Thankfully my son had just taken a bite and I had him spit it out! It’s disgusting and unacceptable.

This place is a literal joke. It’s ran by 16 year olds. Are they not taught good customer service? They even charged me 50 cents for a pup cup lmao last time I wasn’t charged. I will drive 7 more miles just to go to another sonic because this one is filled with little bratty kids.

I orderd honey bbq chicken combo and this is what you get. Looks nothing like the menu and shows employees are very lazy in their work. Also employees dont listen to their customers request . everytime i go to this location they mess up my order.

Both myself and my dog immediately got sick after we ate here and the 2 of us were throwing up within minutes of eating our lunch, it’s rather obvious something was quite right about our food, since one of my two dogs wouldn’t have anything to do with the food they brought out to the car which I thought seemed a bit odd but dog’s can be finicky eaters from time to time so I shrugged it off as nothing for concern. Well that lasted a whole 5 minues at best, since I started to feel nauseous and just as I started to think maybe the food was bad and tainted my dog starts throwing up and I soon followed right alongside her, my poor car never smelt worse…
