Service was super fast BUT the person prepping food must have been angry because both of the burgers we ordered looked like they were thrown together and sat on. Ketchup & mustard a mess, lettuce on top of the bun smashed into the bread when we unwrapped them and none inside. Pretty nasty, I could only bring myself to eat half.

I ask for NO onion, lettuce, whatever….9 times out of 10, its still on there. The onion is specifically annoying because you cant get rid of the onion flavor even after picking them off. Its BEYOND annoying when it’s a continuous problem. I say no onion, I expect no onion. The burgers are also overly charred. I’m talking straight burnt flavor, no burger. Just burnt edges of a burger with all the toppings I never leave reviews but I’m so annoyed. Waste. Of. Money. And. Time.
Stop burning the burgers & listen to your customers orders properly.

I don’t go often, but they had a new pretzel bun Smash cheeseburger and I wanted to try it. Driving back from running some errands and work And I stopped through the drive through and got my food with my slushie, and my regular fries, I didn’t even get tots this time. I was more interested in trying the new burger and when I got it home, it was a totally different burger.
It’s not close to me. So I didn’t go back or call them. I just ate the food. It wasn’t bad. It just wasn’t what I ordered at all and that’s happened to me a couple of times I went through the drive through. I guess it’s my fault for not checking the bag thoroughly before driving away. But I trust that they got my order Because it’s on the actual receipt, but it’s not close enough for me to go back And get it corrected. So I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon because it seems to be a recurring Theme for me. It’s good, but my orders almost always wrong and I don’t make too many demands on my order, Like a burger without onions?That’s pretty much it.

This is the most consistently terrible fast food joint you’ll ever find. Want marinara they’ll give you a napkin. Ask for ranch? They’ll give you mustard. I, for science, have ordered 5 times. My order was correct 0/5. Your location should receive an award.

This 5 star review is strictly for the carhop Harlow, as this is the second time in a row my order has been made wrong. She was so kind to me and went out of her way to make it right. This location sucks, all I want is a coke with coconut, no other drinks or food, and this is the second time (out of 3) ive gotten coke WITHOUT coconut. I know its not the biggest deal in the world, but I want to recognize work ethic and customer service when I see it, so big shoutout to Harlow for helping me get my coconut!!! She needs a promotion!

Get ready to drive back to get your missing items. Quality assurance does not exist at this place. Every trip to this location is a 100% guarantee to not receive your whole order. If you do not heed my warning, be prepared to clock in for your job to be a manager to check the bag and make sure they give you everything, your paycheck is you paying money for gas to come back and get the items they missed.

Came in after a 12hr shift for a quick bite. Asked if i could have BBQ sauce for my large order of popcorn chicken meal. The lady at the drive through spoke to me like i was a child, asked me if i ordered it and i said yes. She continued on, “is it in the bag”, to which i said yes but i’d like 2 more as i go through a lot with a large order. She refused to give me anymore sauce, so i assumed there was enough in the bag. I open the bag to find a single small BBQ sauce for a LARGE order.
The disrespect coupled with bad attitude is not ok from service staff when i was polite and reasonable.
