Their service is absolutely terrible, for weeks upon weeks now their drive in ordering system keeps breaking. Atop that it takes forever to order at the drive through it’s over all a horrible experience do not waste your money and time here it’s not worth it.
And as I take a few bites out of the smash burger I ordered I see there’s a piece of plastic in it. Absolutely disgusting.

Great experience order was taken quickly and due to the issue at the other sonic the lady gave my son a free small slush. Food was good, my kids liked it. Cherry lime aid was super tasty!!

Somehow worse than McDonald’s but always nostalgic. I like their drive-up parking menu boards, but the reps usually get their menus confused. This time, the rep gave us flack for making sure we got what was actually printed on the menu. They didn’t understand, sent someone out to see what we were talking about, and I pointed at the menu and stated what it said. They kept the attitude but at least delivered what we asked for (though the burger barely had what the menu said it did, and the drink was overpowering). It’s slop food for nostalgic times. I don’t visit often, but it’s just for fun childhood memories.

Great treat on a hot afternoon, just pull in sit back in comfort order from a great all American menu. Device is prompt and all the extra trimmings . There cherry lime aid with the small crushed ice is to drive for! It’s on redwood and it’s the fastest, cleanest fast food I’ve been too.i was surprised because I don’t normally do Sonic, but me and my buddy both ate and was full and satisfied for under 20 bucks and it included our dessert. I’ll definitely be going back and let my buddy’s know that this SONIC is where to go!

I swear they get worse with every visit. They don’t even bother checking their soda machines and will gladly give out flat drinks that are 99% soda water and 99% ice. And the rare time I got a drink with easy ice it’s like they played a joke on me and I would find only 3 ice pieces. Most of the food is cold, lukewarm at best and they think it’s okay to send that stuff out. They give attitude when I send an incorrect order back and have them remake it.

Instructions say to press red button and wait for them to bring order, then they told me to come inside and get it. Then they told me isn’t ready and I need to wait outside….. they need to update instructions and get their story straight. Feed back for uber eats.
