Don’t let the reviews fool you! This location is fire, and everything was made great! The cashier Lori was very helpful too, especially since it’s the end of the shift! The food quality is always better when the location isn’t packed with cars and DoorDash orders. Be considerate towards these amazing and hard workers!

Tried ordering on app. 3 different times would not let me sign in. After I had created my order all 3 times and came to $20, but when I couldn’t get it off the app I ordered off of the menu off of the board. It came to $33. That’s a $5 difference. I said something to the girl and she was like, we don’t control the the app. My question is, why did it cost me 5 extra $, and if that wasn’t bad enough, the hot dog was way overcooked. The tater tots were overcooked. The girl was very rude.n To be my favorite place to eat, I don’t think I’ll ever go back.n Was not worth the money that I spent we asked for AA cup carrier, did not get it condiments.We didn’t even get that we asked for was very disappointed

I went for a late night Oreo shake, and asked for “extra extra Oreo.” They gave me a cup of essentially just vanilla ice cream. So I drove back through the drive-through, waited for 20 more minutes, and asked them to remake it. They gave me a new one that had a smidge of Oreo in it. I think whoever is making the shakes is worried about a potential Oreo shortage. (Also, why do they serve their shakes with a straw? It is physically impossible to suck a thick milkshake through a little straw. ) I am reminded why I never go here!

Besides getting cold food in the daytime, list the time I eat there I’ve been upset with my order because it hasn’t been made right.
They do not investigate my claims or talk to me with manners.

Order to triple smasher it was missing most of the third Patty the two other patties were broken up it was hard to tell that was a triple.

When I brought this to their attention they would not investigate it they told me it was there so I pulled my food apart to prove to them that it was missing the Patty!

They were highly rude they would not fix the problem all they do is give me my money back. Check your food before you eat here or it may not be made right!

The lady who took my order couldn’t do her job right and tried charging me double for fries when I only asked for 1. It took too long and was an inconvenience to me so obviously I muttered to myself and they probably heard me, making my onion rings burnt and super hard.

I rarely go to any Sonic since they switched to those nasty, oil-soaked, usually burnt crinkle-cut fries.

Even so, I learned the hard way to avoid this location. I’ve never had so many botched and “forgotten” orders at one fast food place. And using the app doesn’t help here. It often makes things worse.

They really, really need to close and maybe just demolish this store. The consistent lack of cars after dark at what should be a legendary location speaks volumes. The word has been out for a long time: This is probably the worst Sonic on the Wasatch Front.

Update: I got on sonics website the next day (it was working now) texted with customer service rep and within ten minutes amount was refunded to my card. Situation resolved but I will leave this here for those that should know this location is struggling.

My order number was #1000366310384 I placed my order online and when I arrived at the store I parked at stall #5 I waited while the computer updated me arriving and it did so quickly. After waiting for about five minutes the computer screen said the order would be right out. We waited another five minutes and the order did not come and said it had been delivered on my app. I pushed the red button and after about two minutes someone came over the speaker saying “We are short staffed and only taking orders through the drive thru” and then it cut out. I pushed the button again so I could get a refund and the staff member simply repeated the same thing and did not even wait to listen to my request. The drive thru line was not moving at all and we simply had to leave after not being helped, after not getting our order and not getting a refund. We were at a concert that night and still had an hour to travel home. This whole ordeal took about 30 minutes thus delaying my return home. I Expect a refund. I would appreciate a call from Sonic corporate. I tried to get through to the website but now it is down. I am a completely blown away at this whole situation. I understand being short staffed having worked in food service myself. But being short on customer service is unacceptable

I ordered many sundaes and shakes. The shakes were made with expired milk and had little pieces of glass in it, yes glass. The sundaes were good until I tasted something hard and yet again little pieces of glass as well as a hair. They also did not honor the special going on or my coupon.

I dont leave bad reviews but the service man is terrible. Honestly I’m not sure if it’s out dated speakers but I straight up had one the dudes at stall tell me to hold on for 8 minutes, then he just canceled the transaction and disconnected, and would not answer the Press To Order button for 3 minutes so I had to move to another stall. Then the lady who answered said welcome to mcdonalds, and then just kept talking with someone and couldn’t hear a word I was saying. I had to confirm one of the shakes 3 times, and it was still wrong when it came out. The dude who came out was nice and chill but this was just abyssmal overall.

We waited nearly 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 meal orders( we were in the front of the line). I assumed it was bc everything was being made fresh. However that wasn’t the case. All of our food was extremely cold. Once our food was ready and handed to us, workers handed us everything so abruptly to get us out. I would not recommend this sonic location at all.
