So not only are they now charging you a 10 cent unchanged for the apple juice that comes with the kids meal. They didnt even give it to me. Plus he was trying to pass me three other drinks without a cup holder, I just sat their holding them til he though it was nessisary to ask me if I needed a cup holder. I mean most cars only have a place for 2 drinks in the front. Was I supposed to hold the other drink all the way home?

It’s ridiculous how long every morning I’ve been a patron here, with literally only one car in front of me, they fail to get me out of the drive thru in 10 minutes. This morning I looked inside & there were plenty of workers &only one car in front of me in the drive thru who ordered a coffee. I ended up being in line for 10 minutes until I left without my simple order of coffee. I thought I was going to get to work early but I guess this whole location is incompetent. This visit made me realize McDonald’s food/corporation is trash but convenient, not counting Akron’s location. I’m deleting the app from my phone & the want for McDonald’s from my palette. They won’t be missed!!!!

Didn’t eat there, came for a job. Sat for over an hour and went back to the counter to see if the manager was ready. They came a few minutes later and asked me to come back in 2 days. Not cool at all.

I love my neighborhood McDonald’s the workers all know my face and are always smiling and being so nice and friendly. We go here probably 5 times a week. My favorite McDonald’s in Winston-Salem nc

Went through drive thru for lunch and I was rung up for wrong order. Then they forgot to give me my happy meal had to go back in to get it. Our frys was super soaked with grease and very soggy not to mention the hair found in one box. The milkshakes were very soupy. I had orders a 2 cheeseburger meal my bread was soggy and for some reason the sandwich tasted sour. Will not be going back to this McDonald’s. The line was so backed up I just drove away and didn’t even feel like bothering with asking for my food to be fixed. I was so frustrated after that I didn’t even wanna see what it would be given the chance to fix the order. The staff really seemed every where with no order of operation. Hopefully management will clean it up.

Ordered some food, got two drinks, a sprite and a sweet tea. The sweet tea was this really odd clear off yellow color like smelled strange idk whats going on with that, but then the sprite wasnt added to our order, no problem we asked at the window if we could add the sprite and pay for it and the woman working the window just said no, no sprite. Like it was such a weird interaction we just left. I’m still concerned about whatever liquid they handed us that they’re calling “tea”

One star because I had to give a star. So they laid the box of fries down in the bag to hide the fact that it was NOT large fries. No, I did not take any fries out the box before taking the picture. No, there were no fries in the bottom of the bag. The following picture is of my LARGE fries. Updated 10/25/2022 to include picture of big mac lacking sauce and on top of that was cold. So cold the cheese did not melt.

Regardless of service I have had before the young Latino ladies that were running the store today February 2 at 12 PM lunchtime. Are doing a phenomenal job. They were busy and they knocked the line out very fast. I also witnessed them handle a very rude customer like professional they definitely deserve some extra recognition for that.
