Been coming to this location for years and the food and service just get worse and worse every time.
Food:
Got a slushy and they couldn’t even fill it up. Cup was 3/4 full and when asked to fill it up all the way they put a tiny bit more in it (still not filling it up) and tastes like water with a splash of flavor
Fries & tots taste like they are a week old and didn’t even fill it up.

Sonic is a treat for our kids since we don’t have one where we live. The many choices of sweets makes it a “please please please may we stop” place when traveling. To me it’s mediocre for food. I prefer other fast food instead. One thing I do like is the drive-up that is nostalgic to days of old.

I went here with my fiancé after a long day of work and wanted to get a fast bite. We used a gift card we got last Christmas and the look on the employees faces was almost frustrating look that they had to deal with a gift card. The girl in the window was not nice at all and was super short with us. I’ve worked in fast food when I was younger and no matter what I was nice to everybody and made convos with anybody I could, even if it was busy. But when we went through the drive thru it was not busy at all no cars in front nor cars behind us. Our food( 2 meals) took around 10 mins after paying to receive our food. I think the quality of customer service needs to improved a lot. Fast food is not the only mission, having good customer service and wanting people to come back should also be held to the same standard as the drive time numbers.

Honestly the service and food quality has been declining so much just over the span of a month. Last night I received one of the worst sandwiches I’ve received from any food place ever. The patty was almost shredded didn’t even closely resemble a patty and I don’t even know what to say about the cheese ? Not to mention it was ice cold. I’ve made it an almost weekly stop after work because I’m in love with their smash burgers and I always drive it home to coeur d Alene and have NEVER had a problem with the temperature. It’s never piping hot but it is at least warm and that’s fine by me! I called the manager and he didn’t even sound apologetic or make an effort to make it right he genuinely sounded like he just wanted me off the phone and I was very polite just called to inform them of how disappointing my meal was. Extremely unprofessional and I’m extremely upset that my favorite food spot has gone so downhill. My last burger tasted like someone dumped the entire salt shaker on it but I figured it was just a new kitchen worker in training but evidently that’s not the case ☹️ I’ll just drive in to Spokane next time because post falls DOES NOT CARE. Ugh

Just ordered DoorDash and got my order. I ordered chicken nuggets and tenders and they put No sauce in our bag! Our food was cold and our Oreo shake tasted nasty nothing like it should have tasted! Sooo annoyed !

So I just recently DoorDashed from this location so I can’t really give a rating to the service or atmosphere. I ordered their chili dogs and their SuperSonic Double Sonic cheeseburger. The burger was just under $10 on the App and the Hot Dogs were just over $4 each. The burger was a GREAT value! Just looking at the burger, you see something substantial. The patties actually fill out the entire circumference of the bun. So I still think around $10 bucks is steep for fast food, but compare that to a recent experience with McDonalds, and Sonic is the clear winner. The BigMac from McDonald’s last week was just sad..and that made it even worse since it’s overpriced to begin with. Even if it’s just for burgers, I’ll return to Sonic. So The hot dogs looked a little sad but tasted good! I could tell the quality of the hot dog itself was a good beef frank. $4 is a little much again, but compare that to slightly cheaper Weinerschintzel in Spokane, and still Sonic isn’t quite a clear winner but is in the running for sure. The quality of the hot dog itself was better than Weinerschintzel and the chili-cheese tasted great but it could have been a little more generous. Overall, Sonic was a great experience! Give them a try! Especially, if you’re aiming for a big juicy burger. They got it!

We said we wanted 2 # 3s and only got drinks and cheeseburger . When asked why no fries we were told we didn’t ask for them so then was chatged anther seven dollars for the fries . I thought fries came with me .the meal . So I dont unfeststand but she insisted . I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore!!!

Sonic charges $3.59 for that medium fry. That looks like it belongs in a kids meal and the meal should be $3.59. Blows my mind they even think this is ok! Shame on you Sonic!!
