From the minute u walk in the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming! The serving staff were quick friendly and efficient. The chef was amazing and kept the whole table amused! She interacted with everyone, and spoke to us all. The food was really tasty and made all the better watching it get cooked. We had starters and main course… Excellent! We will be back

This is a great place for kids and families. Basically dinner and a show. You sit around a grill at a large communal counter. Tons of set menu choices that include starters, large grilled prawns, Grilled meats and veg, fried rice, soup, sushi and desserts. Food is very good. Portions are sizable. The chefs are entertaining. It’s very similar to Benihana in North America. It is definitely worth a visit.

Im not rating food as I didn’t have chance to try. We were planning to have a lovely dinner today, celebrating my birthday but unfortunately that didn’t work due to poor communication with staff member.
On arrival we were seated at the table right next to other couple by a woman. When I asked staff member (blond lady) if we can have different seats ,as we want some privacy she refused saying,, there will be more people coming,and that’s our seats” ,she just totally ignored my request, and because I haven’t been here before I couldn’t understand the politics behind. I have approached her again asking if we can seat across from the other couple, she again refused pointing out to our seats, and without any explanation she just walked away. After seating for 5 minutes, feeling a bit uncomfortable we left. I have never experienced anything like that before, no explanation about the service, no question,,have you been here before? “, nothing. We thought she was rude.
I don’t leave bad reviews but I feel that lady possible require more training, and more understanding for new customers.

This is a good fun place for entertaining dinner. The US style Hibachi is more elaborate but this is fine.
You absolutely need a reservation to get in… Was turned away two days before. Food is great and portions are American level large.
Service is hit or miss with the wait staff not very attentive to detail.

Food was excellent, lots of it, bit of light entertainment with the chef show/cooking.
Service was good, but had to wait almost 1hr for starters and had to remind them to bring drinks out.
Would be happy to go back again.

Fantastic evening at sapporo Glasgow.
Great value and the whole experience is like a show.drom start to finish. The food is very fresh as would expect as cooked in front of you. Nice beer and cocktails. Recommend the salmon and chicken gyoza very nice. We will be back
