After spending $16 on small Sonic Blasts, we were all hugely DISAPPOINTED! There was little to NONE of the fillings we ordered. A little bit was sprinkled on the top and that was it! None mixed in. Nothing at the bottom! There are too many other options for ice cream desserts to waste time and money with that rip off again!!! A cookie dough, Oreo and chocolate chunk brownie dessert were nothing more than vanilla milkshakes!!!

Sonic’s food is pretty typical fast‑food fare, but I’ve got to say their cherry limeade is still the best part of stopping by. Prices have gone up lately, so unless you’re grabbing one of the cheaper classics like corn dogs or pretzels, it doesn’t feel like the same deal it used to.

Showed up at 8 pm and ordered 2 mini shakes. Waited for a whole hour before getting in the drive through line as those cars were moving. Got our shakes and an apology. But no offer of refunding was offered which I think is crazy.

went tonight and got food at the start it took a while for someone to answer then it was a girl who was laughing and laughed so hard a guy took over and then switched back to the laughing girl went to the window and we got handed one drink when we asked for two and they didnt even hear us cause they laughed so much overall a bad time we waited long thinking it was because we were getting fresh food and the food was only warm.

Went here for 3 shakes, waited almost an hour!!! No one came to inform us, when I asked about the status of our shakes, the employee said he was bringing them and we still waited 20+ minutes. When the shakes were coming out I saw the lady on the phone talking a personal phone call. We were not the only customers waiting 30+ minutes.

Girl in drive through definitely does not like her job. Very poor attitude. Willing send out sub-par product. Definitely different from kid who i had yesterday who was amazing. The experience is as important as quality of the food and drink.

I ordered through doordash, the driver sat there for an hour this evening since 9:47 p.m. which would be after peak time. I feel so bad for him, he wasted so much of his time. I ended up canceling the order. He told me that he had employees come out three times asking him what the order was and who it was for. They didn’t even know. Clearly communication amongst the employees is poor. I do not recommend this Sonic anymore. This was the one I used to go to always. It’s a shame
