Severely understaffed. There was one person taking orders and running them to cars. Obviously stressful for them and everything took a little longer.
They were working as hard as they could; management needs to learn how to properly schedule staff and/or hire more people.

I ordered a drink and they sent me the wrong one which is no big deal so I called them. Just try to clear it up and be like hey like this is what I ordered. The worker on the phone was extremely rude towards me and would not accept that she made a mistake, even though I told her like the receipt was said that I had ordered that drink and she just kept denying it saying she hadn’t made one of those all day or had one of those sent in so just overall extremely bad customer service.

The staff taking orders at the drive through was rude and couldn’t take a simple order and wasn’t knowledgeable about offering a smoothy ice drink for a low sugar diet and didn’t know about a strawberry banana shake. Just a bad experience all together. They’re usually good, not tonight though.

Mobile ordered was allowed to put that we were into a drive up spot where you can order, they then told us to move. After that we waited for our food and we were missing two corn dogs, and all of our sauces after I then went up to the speaker and told them outside That they forgot our items and then they said we didn’t order it. The person taking our order was very rude. They had lots of facial piercings. I was not able to get their name. Just overall not a very nice person or experience would not recommend.

What was good just got better. There is obviously some new employees at this location. My orders have not only been correct multiple times in a row, but the positive attitude of the employees makes my day. A shout out to Cooper who delivered my order and gave me a heads up on how I could order my custom burger more easily. Keep it up!

Pictured are our desserts, a Reese’s blast and a Snickers blast, in that order. The Reese’s blast had just the hint of a flavor of peanut butter but no chunks of candy, and the Snickers had a few sprinkled on top but the rest is just vanilla ice cream. Absolutely false advertising especially when compared to the pictures of what the blasts look like online. Will not be getting dessert from sonic again. If all you want is vanilla ice cream, then this is the place for you.

Joseline was so terrible. Pretty sure that was her name. Very impatient and condescending. Didn’t do any of the normal pleasantries like “hi is this for Isaac?” or any other kind of introduction. Just heavy sighs with each item she handed me followed by some weird comment to the tune of “don’t park here again. See that great big sign that says mobile orders park here? Well… that’s how you ordered. Give that stall a shot next time.” Super weird interaction.
