Walked up, and ordered outside. Then went inside to eat. It was my 2nd ever, inside Sonic. All over the country… 2nd one ever. There’s a half dozen booths. Food was fresh and hot, also, just the way I ordered.

GM, Ericca works so hard and gets me my food so fast even though most of the time she’s alone, great food! everything fresh, I would however like to say i would love to see some suger free recharges, and maybe some cereal blasts I would love to see fruit loops,cinnamon toast crunch,captain crunch,fruity pebbles,anything along a tasty cereal. An ice cream for breakfast one could say.

Ordered 2 sodas waited over 10mins and then the girl had to go back for our change, waited 15 mins for our change before we got frustrated and my fiance had to go up to the building and ask for our change back. The girl allegedly sat it on the table for someone else to take it back out. This place just keeps getting worse, the manager also screamed at this girl in front of everyone, super unprofessional and could’ve been handled much better.

I just wasn’t impressed. The service was okay and the food was about the same. I know most people don’t dine in at Sonic and I recommend it stays that way. The dining area doesn’t seem to get a lot of attention and leaves a lot to be desired. They do have some UW gear hanging on the walls which is better than nothing I guess. The biggest disappointment was the restroom. It was dirty and did not smell good.

Would rate a zero if I could. The little box in the drive through is dressed up for the holidays but does not seem to work at all. We sat at the drive through box for a long time before giving up and leaving unsatisfied.

For being very short staffed, they worked very hard. Food turned out great, and I was very impressed with their service for only having 4 people. Thank to all that were involved.

ever since I came out here and gotten sonic I never get my marinara sauce with my cheese sticks and my sonic blast is always runny and it had a hole in it and they just put a sticker to cover it up

While we were in the stall we had pressed the button and it didn’t light up and the screen wasn’t on so we thought it was not working, we backed out and went to the drive thru, we weren’t greeted and instead asked “why did you press the button and drive away” which we responded that we thought it wasn’t working so we came to the drive thru, he then told us that when people push the buttons and drive away that it’s annoying, the sprinklers were then turned on, just the 3 around the intercom. When we got our food my burger was filled with mustard that had overflowed and somehow managed to also get a glob on top of the burger and all over the wrapper.
