Waited at stall for about 5 minutes after pushing the button, the came on asked if we were picking up a mobile order, we said no and they replied with the stalls are closed, we have to use the drive thru if we want to order. Went to the drive thru, two cars ahead of us waiting on their orders and we waited 5 minutes before we left because no one said anything to take our order and we were just trying to a few shakes. Still had two hours before they closed – if I’m ever in the area again, probably won’t go back.

Slow slow slow. Felt like 10 mins just to take the order sheet pressing the button. Food took even longer. Tots were cold. Car hop guy took forever just to bring me my change and a honey mustard. Worst sonic experience ever. Just do better.

We ordered 2 Sonic Blasts and they were very sour. Tasted tangy. I don’t know if that’s a Colorado Sonic thing, but it had a distinctive sour after taste. We did not send them back as we had already left. It was pretty gross.

Terrible experience tonight. Drive through lady started screaming at me for no apparent reason. Seriously worried my food has been spit on. Someone needs fired pronto. Description on the lady : blonde scraggly thin hair, wrinkles, and a big mouth.

Forget it! Onuon rings burnt to a crisp & so bad that we can’t even see or taste the onion! They sent out a 2nd order, unfortunately it was just as burned up. My drink? The server tells me this is their “large” size, almost $3.00. You’ve got to be kidding me! Why can’t Sonic get their restaurants on the same page? Yuk!!

The buffalo chicken bites were nothing like the commercial. The crust was crispy but the buffalo chicken was dry with what appeared to be no buffalo sauce.
The fries were dry lukewarm & very very salty.

Was her first time here came from out of state Had a pretty big order cashier gave us the food we parked. We were missing several items. We parked in a stall and notified the staff of the missing items. She came to the car very rudely, thinking we were trying to steal food manager came out treated us twice as badly saying he made the order himself when obviously you were missing so many items. It’s so rude and disrespectful the way they treat people here. It’s very sad if you don’t like your job maybe you should work somewhere else and maybe learn how to treat people!

My husband ordered a combo meal that came as expected and I ordered chicken bites and a pretzel. I got mozzarella sticks and a pretzel and no sauce for either.
It also took almost 5 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge us and take my money. They were too busy throwing ketchup packets at each other.

It’s Sonic. The food is what you’d expect. However, the folks working there are pretty darned nice and they seem to be patient, courteous and they’ve always gotten my order right. The place is clean and the food is consistent.
