Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Sonic anywhere (including those in other states. We were treated so badly over the intercom that we didn’t order and we left. That’s in the hometown I grew up in. What’s this world coming to?

Every time I have come to Sonic in the last 3 weeks, they do not have any ice cream. So many of their order kiosk are not on and/or not working. Wouldn’t give me the option to pay with a credit card, have to wait for someone to come to the car. My bill was $48.00 for 3 people and no ice cream. The young lady taking the order was pleasant. The young lady that delivered our food was very helpful and friendly. I ordered a #10 crispy chicken sandwich, but when I got it, there was no lettuce on the sandwich. To me, this is important because I am glutin intolerant and can’t eat the roll, so I use the lettuce as my bread. I will just go to Wendy’s from now on or run an hour to Pueblo.

Stalls were broken. Place was not clean. We were on a road trip and discovered 10 mins down the road that all our food is wrong and covered in raw onions. We couldn’t eat any of it.

The employees are always super rude and I was there last night and watched one of them flip off a car as it was driving away. Extremely unprofessional and worth the drive to go to La Junta instead of this one.

Each time I go there, the noise in the background from the speaker is so loud you can barely hear a word they are saying. One night I sat for 20 minutes at a dead order board while the cook watched while he was sitting outside the back door smoking. This place has gone to hell. Zero professionalism, the food is overcooked, tonight the grease stated bad on the food( time to change it out), the table and chairs all in array , it’s just a mess. For what you pay for the food one would expect better. I’m done with this place.

Worse sonic you could visit. Takes forever to get your food. Fries kinda stink like cigarettes patty are Luke warm buns stale and you will wonder if you should have just went somewhere else. I’d give zero stars if I could. Even if you’re the only car it takes forever. It’s overpriced mediocrity at best. Just rubbish
