Love love this location. All of the workers are so friendly and nice, the timing for food is very good compared to other locations and the food and drinks are always fresh and delicious. Super Sonic fan right here. Don’t forget to tip your carhop, it’s a very tiring job.

Sadly, the service lately has been pretty spotty. Multiple times I have gone and received super old fries, which is a huge let down, cause that’s like my top reason for going to Sonics. When their food is good, it’s my favorite burger combo around; but it’s become a gamble that I’ve lost many times.

I ordered through Uber Eats for pickup, informed them upon arriving. They said my order was almost finished, and a bit later a manager came up to tell me they’d given my food to someone else without checking in any way. You cannot enter this establishment, they have to hand the food to you. Instead of giving me any solutions to the problem they caused, the manager told me it was my problem to solve, and I had to contact Uber Eats customer service. The Uber eats customer service woman then contacted the establishment and then called to inform me that they were going to have to charge me regardless. She offered no solutions nor did anyone else involved in this ordeal. Absolutely disgusted with the service I received, will never be returning. The food was a surprise for my little brother, left with nothing and $20 stolen.

I am pleasantly surprised with the food and price of my meal. With most fast food that are making their meals smaller but charging more Sonic #5 meal is decently priced the burger is good sized with crispy bacon and the groovy fries are well cooked and crunchy Thanks Sonic and employees for my delicious meal

I’ve been going to this sonic since I was in diapers, and this place has only gone downhill in every possible way since I was younger. 3/4 of their stalls are coned off, broken, or have potted plants set out to block off, and then of the roughly 6 stalls that are open, 3 of them are for delivery. Half the time the kids working there dont seem to give the slightest crap, no more rollerskates, very slow drive through service, rising prices, and the food is either always old, overcooked, or a combination of both. Earlier this year I went out to odessa missouri, a town of 5k people to see my friend and their sonic looked like it came straight from the 90’s. All the carhops were dolled up, change belts, roller skates, perfectly cooked food, picture perfect desserts. I hate to sound like a boomer but this sonic is nothing like it used to be. The owner clearly doesnt give a shit and isnt providing a workplace experience where the employees want to take pride in and enjoy what they do

Gotta be honest, I don’t get eating in your car. But enough people do to keep Sonic thriving, so we gave it a shot. The girl who took our order couldn’t possibly have sounded more bored and like she’d rather be anywhere else. Time to pay – would I like to add a tip? – not really, tipping’s supposed to reward good service, but my food’s being held hostage… Pretty sure a different girl brought our food because she was actually nice. It’s awkward though; if you park close enough to push buttons on the menu, there’s not enough room for someone to come up to your window to hand in your food!

The fries were surprisingly good, but having ketchup packets with no place to squeeze them onto was a real problem. Why can’t they use Whataburger-style tubs instead? But it got better; my Double SONIC Queso Smasher was better than good – one of the most enjoyable burgers I’ve had in a while. Just for the record, I had to rebuild the burger before I ate it because most of the jalapeno slices were in the bottom of the box. The burger definitely wouldn’t have been as good without them.

Despite our best efforts – and we did try hard – some bits escaped to between the seat and the console, others ended up on the floor, and I was wearing a few. I guess that’s just part of the experience the eat-in-your-car-people are cool with.

5 star atmosphere, because she smiled big when she said shed be happy to make a product their business offered, like she was doing me a favor by continuing to offer a service during business hours. But instead of just smiling and doing her job, a decision was made to instead still charge me 8$ for a disgusting burger, ruined by and packed with as much salt as her attitude. It was quite obvious that it was purposeful, and if you don’t like doing your job during business hours, maybe rethinking your choice in careers is something that should be considered.

Stopped to get a treat for my son and to try the new chophouse burger. It was a busy Tuesday night, so there was a bit of a wait, but not horrible. Got my food and drink and went 7 min home. Opened the bag at home and opened the sandwich to find a chicken slider instead of a burger. Tried to call and got no answer. Drove back and waited in line again to be told that they were just talking about the mix up. Waited again and watched food be walked out to the car BEHIND me. When I finally got the food, which is 5.99, I got the equivalent to a plain cheeseburger with 2 onion rings on it. There was some kind of spread on it, but couldn’t identify it. Given the temp of the food, I’m guessing this was my original burger from 15+ min ago.

I am extremely disappointed in the service and will give serious thought to ever returning to this location.

They really need to shut this location down. I’ve only ever come here in a pinch or when I got the craving and it always takes at least 30 minutes in the drive thru. Sonic feels like a bit of a misnomer as the speed is anything but.

This used to be my favorite sonic probably the only good one in Loveland. But now Every time I go back it gets worse. Today Burger was cold and it looks like someone stomped on it. This place has really gone to shit!! It will be my last dollar I spend at this place.. good luck!
