After leaving I realized I left my drink on the table. Came back about 3 minutes later and it was gone. Asked them about it, and the employee on the speaker said it was thrown out since it was sitting there for supposedly 5 minutes unattended. Asked for a new one, and they said I’d have to pay, and refused a refund. Other than that, the food itself was good and came out quick

I wish I could give them no stars because my experience was really disappointing. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, but what I got was just ice water with strawberries sitting at the bottom. It wasn’t even close to what I normally get! When I tried to explain the situation to the manager, she didn’t seem interested at all. It felt like she didn’t care about my experience. We got horrifically food poisoned from sonic here – we had the smash burger and the chilli cheese coney (BOTH are made from their “fresh” beef on site – not frozen).

Waited over 30 minutes for a single sonic cheeseburger and small tots. I overheard several cars order the same meal plus several other meals. They received their meals within minutes despite ordering 20 min after me. Food was pretty delicious, but I was offered no explanation for the wait. First time trying sonic in a year or so. Very disappointed. Smartphone logged my ordering time, so no exaggeration.

When you order a churro shake and somehow on the order line it becomes a hot dog that may have been bitten into and mozzarella sticks. I appericate the attempt and the funny story for years to come but advise all to check the bag and receipt. I learned tonight I need to step up my fast food order communication game and go with my gut if it doesnt feel right.Sometimes your order a churro shake and life gives you a hot dog and you make the best of it. Would try again just with more caution and communication.
