The young lady who brought up my food was, quick, very sweet and very helpful. Unfortunately my half sandwich was very disappointing. For $11 there was barely got any chicken and teeny, tiny pieces of avocado. I usually really enjoy the food here. The only reason this review got any stars at all was because of the service. The sandwich was sad.

Well I ordered the Santa Fe gluten free sandwich and they put thousand island dressing on it I have. A gluten allergy and dairy allergy well the thousand island dressing has dairy. And the out cheese after I selected for it not to be on there and they also took off my bacon and guacamole when I wanted it back on there well I called to seee if they could do anything about it girl said nope it probably a issue with the app I’m like ok she said next time call I my so it don’t again I’m like what really it’s a issue with the app and you guys can’t do anything she said no . You think the amount I paid almost 30 bucks for 2 sandwiches you think they would try to at least make it right but nope I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in this place especially since I usually love coming we’ll never again definitely won’t ever come back .

First time visiting Jason’s Deli (although we’ve ordered delivery from them many times) and it was delicious! And oh how I’ve missed salad bars. Definitely worth it!

First of all love Jason’s Deli. They have delicious food and a great salad bar. Today we did a pickup and I tried their baked potato for the first time. The baked potatoes are huge! Definitely super filling I imagine. However, I couldn’t eat it due to the sweetness and texture of sauce. I ordered the Texas potato. The meat kinda reminded me of canned meat with a super sugary bbq sauce. I don’t recommend! Sadly because it was inedible, it went to the trash. My husband called Jason’s Deli and we did tell them about it. They also gave my husband the wrong drink order, but we didn’t expect a fix. We did get acknowledgement and they offered us a gift card. The kindness in handling it and making it right was extremely appreciated; customer service is exceptional. We will continue coming back!

This place was really good. I was craving a salad and I hadn’t had salad bar in so long and discovered that Jasons deli offers a salad bar. When we walked in it was a full house about 80% capacity. The line was moving quickly first time that we ordered there so we wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted. We didn’t not feel rushed the cashier educated us on what was included with the chefs pick, which by the way the sandwich that was ordered was reported to be delightful California Turkey club. The small salad plate is hilarious. It is so tiny. Chips were lays baked that was served. The whole salad bar was fresh. Every item. I went with a fresh leaf versus iceberg, which also looked good, and they had plenty of everything. Protein must be ordered upon arrival and they will put it in a side dish for you we ordered a hibiscus drink which was pleasantly good. My only complaint which can be a major complaint is the smell of the men’s restroom upon walking in your punched in the face with a smelly urine that has been sitting for a while. Thankfully I went in after, and it didn’t ruin my appetite, but it almost ruined my experience. Just because of this, they lose two stars.

Same story, different day. The GM here spends her time yelling and berating people (be it customers or employees!) on the phone its loud enough for the whole place to hear. Then she is throwing stuff around the establishment in a RAGE, honestly everyone should be scared of getting stuff thrown at them at this point She also yells at her employees in front of everyone embarrassing them and herself, it’s a wonder anyone can work here without crying everyday. To top it all off she’s never there to resolve our issues when we go around lunch, it’s always the employees that take care of our issues, which is also probably why nights aren’t as bad when we go for dinner, no tyrant to verbally abuse people around. Honestly, I’m done with this location — Uptown and Paseo are way better.

Absolutely the worst BLT I have ever had. Bacon was microwaved for maybe 15 seconds. Still completely raw. Wife’s food was super bland. Surprised this place has over 4 stars. Way better food at Panera across the street.
