We ate outside and it was lovely. Weather was perfect! Just wish the food was. Dry hamburger and the hot dog had really sloppy toppings so the bread just fell apart. Mustard, relish and onion. The shake was goo tho. Will only go for sweets in the future.

For the last three times I went to this location, the staff have totally messed up my order. I always ask for a cheese burger minus the tomato’s and to add bacon, but they seem to not understand. This last time they gave me a bun with two meat patties and bacon, that it. No ketchup, mayonnaise or mustard, no pickles, no lettuce and no cheese. Not sure why asking for no tomato’s also takes all other items away. So, avoid this location if you are looking to add or take away items from your order.

I have loved Sonic for years. From corndogs on Halloween, half price shakes all summer long for our fam of 7, and red bull slushes almost everyday in the summer, we have been loyal to Sonic. As of yesterday, I have deleted the app. Lately, about 50% of my app orders have been screwed up, and I can’t afford to continue throwing money away. It started by showing up to the store and being told that they didn’t have the ingredients to make the new specialty products we had just ordered. The 2nd incident happened when we ordered on the app and then showed up to the store to find out that it was closed over an hour before it was scheduled to be, and there wasn’t anyone to fill the order. The latest incident was again on the app, where I was charged but the app said my card was declined. I have spent numerous hours being shuffled between the 800 customer service line and the store with each telling me the other is responsible for the refund, almost $100 later, I can’t afford it anymore. I have deleted the app and vow to never eat there again. Use caution if you are ordering through the app!

Always a pleasant trip when it’s decided to have “America’s Drive-In” for lunch/dinner! The were no problems with ordering our food, the person taking our food was very nice and made sure to double check to see if everything on the screen was correct. The only thing I had an issue with was the fact they abruptly ended the interaction without saying something first. The typical “We’ll have that right out for you” Or “Thank you” or something of that variation. They didn’t even tell us what the amount was. They just hung up and the “Cash/Card” Payment popped up on the screen . It just would have been nice to confirm our order before hanging up is all. Other than that isolated incident, the rest of the experience was fine. They had our food out in a timely manner, our waiter was very kind and formal wished up a good night. The food was good, I even got a cool-looking onion ring! It was a good time, I just hope next time when we have someone take our order, they’ll be more courteous.

I NEVER review anything AND I love Sonic but this is not a well-run establishment. I never get my order in a timely fashion. A drink. It shouldn’t take 20 min to prepare an ocean water. Several times I’ve visited his Sonic. Always the same. Today was the last. I’ll never give them my business again.

Look like they took this out the trash and put it on the bun!! If I pay for something I would expect it to be at least eatable. It is hard!!! Check your food before you leave or just don’t purchase food at this sonics. Disgusting

This is the worst place to go. Took my children to get some drinks and the person who took the order Alvaro is his name was the worst. Was very rude when we ordered rushed us and got the order wrong. The girl at the window looked high as hell and couldn’t even talk . Never ever again will we be returning here.
