I ordered a few drinks, a burger, and some grilled cheese sandwiches during my recent visit. While the wait time was longer than expected, the most concerning issue was the burger itself. It was severely undercooked—completely raw in the center (see photo).
This was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. Serving meat in this condition poses serious health concerns.
Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and it has significantly impacted my trust in ordering meat items from this establishment in the future.

I waited for an hour and a half for my food and never got it. I even ordered 30 minutes prior to arriving. And no option to get mine money back makes it worse. Never go here. They take forever.

I ordered from the app and went to go pick up the food. I waited about 15 minutes to get the food. I realized we were missing a burger. I moved to a different booth so I could press the light and tell them. We waited another 30 minutes, till I asked for a manager and finally my child got his burger. That is my last visit to this location.

Everytime i go im supper happy. The food is always fresh and the orders come out fast. Unfortunately today that i was in a hurry with all my boys, they gave me some old chicken pop corn. It was hot but old. The chicken inside was not even white no more. Can’t go back to the store today. I gave 5 stars cause they have always been on point with everything.

This location is very disappointing. As a manager in fast food myself, I understand how stressful the job can be, but the service here is consistently poor. As a frequent customer, I wish I could say some visits made up for the bad ones, but that has never been the case. started ordering online to avoid problems, yet the same issues continue even waiting 15+ minutes , while employees are on their phones. Staff always apologize, but nothing changes. I understand mistakes happen but at this location it happens every single time. The store and shift managers should be guiding the team to avoid these constant problems. It’s frustrating and very disappointing as a customer.

I ordered my food in stall 17 and after 20 minutes nobody came with my food; so they 100% forgot or gave my order away to someone else. I decided to just leave after they came out with food asking me if I was an uber eats driver delivering for whomever. This Sonic owes me $10 I’ll never see.

This place is trash. High employees getting order wrong. Called and spoke to a manager on duty and he sounded incompetent and high as well. They are very rude. The food i did get was nasty and old. Would not recommend at all. Sonic has definitely lost their touch and customer service.

Ordered 4 meals… 2 of the drinks were wrong and 2 of the burgers were wrong all.singles.when triples were ordered. The order showed correct on the screen and this is after I had to repeat it to Sophia twice. Won’t be going to this location again.

Every time I go to get a ice cream they tell me the ice cream machine is not working after 10pm. So I always have to end up going to Wendy’s to get a frosty.. disappointing, can’t you clean the ice cream machine early morning when it is not busy?

Something tells me this is the sonic someone crashed into. This location is in an unfortunate situation. The get the drive thru orders out quick but the people at the parking spaces are just bait for attraction. Disturbing business. Screens broke etc. Expect to wait for 20 minutes.& what in a Tarantino movie is this slushy!
