Here’s the short story: this Sonic location sucks, their service sucks, the customer service sucks, their food is stale and sucks. Everything sucks.
My family has eaten here on at least more than 7 occasions. Every single time, I do not exaggerate, they either mess up the order or completely forget to include an item. Once they forgot my chicken bites, we called and the manager was not very helpful at all nor receptive. Also, my chicken is always stale and dry, even hard sometimes and barely warm.
Additionally, some of my family members have allergies, so we ask for no cheese on their burgers, yet half the time they put cheese anyways. Once, we complained that you all had put cheese on the burgers and asked for new ones. We were given new ones only for them to ALSO have cheese. Further more, I asked for extra Oreo in my Sonic blizzard, in which I was charged 0.80 cents, only to get the normal amount of Oreos I normally would.

Terrible terrible location everytime I go it’s terrible. My sandwich had onion and tomatoes when I asked for none my drinks were switched up and didnt have ice in the one that was supposed to like come on easy stuff…especially when your waiting in line forever. Plus I asked for a dink carrier and the guy says I can’t give you one unless you have three drinks like come on YES YOU CAN! RIDICULOUS bad service dirty location bad bad customer service and bad food quality!!!!

This Sonic was always on point. I loved that my Coney dogs were cooked and hot when i ate them. Fast service as well. I would never go to the ones on Mesa. Dyer manager was upset at me for waiting 30 minutes. Calm down lady. So i went to whataburger instead and am eating within minutes.

Never have I come across a restaurant that 100% of the time will get my order wrong usually in the form of missing items that I have asked And paid for. Not to mention, they don’t like to give you a receipt on your bag so you can’t come back and complain that you asked for something they didn’t give you
The food takes forever to come out, which is ridiculous for a fast food restaurant and you can literally see the employees just digging around and talking to each other as opposed to actually cooking anything in the window.

Yeah, this sonic is not so good. I’m pretty sure I left a review before and it may have been deleted. The first time I said in the parking spot for an hour and never received my food. But this time was even more special, my buddy and I Were already off post and needed to get something to eat before we got back because we knew we wouldn’t have enough time. I saw that the drive-through was empty so I quickly drove into sonic. I told the lady in my order twice because she kept re-asking and then she asked me what size and I said large for everything when she repeated back the order, she said, medium everything at that point I gave up I paid for the meal we left my order was completely wrong. They forgot my buddies breaded twist and my sweet peach tea with no ice ended up being regular tea with all ice and a medium cup now I’m sitting here choking on my burger because I don’t have enough drink to wash it now. When I called instead of offering me a refund for those items that were messed up or missing they told me I could come back to claim them and just say that I talked to Irene. However, I will not be doing that because the easiest thing for them to do is just refund me. And I don’t even eat out that often and why would I feel obligated to eat out two days in a row. This was a one off thing because my Soldier passed his drivers test that we had came back from.
Maybe your Comms are bad and you need better equipment? Or maybe it was a new employee but whatever the case may be I am not returning.

Tried to order from the outdoor table, waited over 15 minutes and watched 3 cars go through the drive thru before anyone even took my order. Small oreo sonic blast and they didn’t even put oreo. It’s obvious nobody cares about their job there. Don’t waste your money or your time

So a couple were ordering and the lady asked for two burger patties on the side. When she was told the price, she got upset and proceeded to order a single burger. It just reminded me of chris rock asking for one rib.ha

So much for a $9.30 ultimate meat and cheese burrito. Not even close to what it should have been made. These kids making them at this store must be broke and out of inventory, need retraining or just plain ignorant. Pictures of what should have/look like compared to what I got with one strip bacon. Plain disgrace this store.

I’ve just moved here. It’s close to my house it’s very convenient. I’ve been here at least a dozen times and I always have to expect at least a 20 minute wait whether I come through the drive thru or the car hops. Food is good most of the time. Service is hit or miss but today I waited 25 minutes for my blast. I got a medium instead of a large this time but I was disappointed. It wasn’t even full, no cherry or whipped cream and I asked for extra strawberries and it was like they barely put any.
