Garbage. Got a kids meal that was NOT EDIBLE…. The chicken and tots were so crispy they had nothing left on the inside. This is a meal meant for a CHILD, it should be easy and soft to eat… not this!

Staff tonight needs some work. 3 dollar flavorista tasted like a watered down snow cone. No strawberries. 3 dollar tots were not even in the bag when I got home. I know the bar is low around here, but come on, people.

When ordering through the app, be forewarned: if you do not leave a tip, your food will be messed with, i.e., I ordered chili cheese groovy fries. They were so over salted they could not be eaten. On two separate orders when I purchased a burger, the lettuce and tomatoes were not fresh. The pickles used had a peculiar taste, not that of dill hamburger. This happened when I decided not to tip on the app. As a result, I felt I was being punished.

Let’s see here. First it took 18 minutes for the food to come out with was only 7 items. Second, it was actually six items because they forgot one of the sandwiches (glad I checked), third it took an additional 12 minutes to get the last sandwich, WHICH THEY STILL CHARGED US FOR. Lastly, the coffee we ordered didn’t have the lid pushed down and it split in the front seat when we set the drink carrier down. Visits like this make it really easy to never go back to. Major customer service fail.

Onion rings & fries burnt to the point we could not eat them. Burgers were fine however drinks were not marked and both were over carbonated to the point we didnt drink them and had to stop at store for more. Carhop seemed to not like his job he didnt bring straws and acted as if it was our fault he had to make 2 trips. We will make a different choice for fast food next time we pass thru Alpine, Texas. Sorry to rate so low but this is exactly our experience during our last visit. Seems a manager would control food and service quality better than this.

These people are beyond lazy!!!!!!!!! I couldn’t eat any of it cause it was cooked wrong and left out to sit and get cold. There were tons of employees standing around talking and doing nothing. Took 20 minutes to get that crappy food.

We drove in from Odessa for the weekend and we’re hungry upon arrival. My friend and I both ordered smash burgers. We have both had them before and really liked them. What we received were just double cheeseburgers, no potato bun, just a regular burger bun. No crispy, delicious burger edges at all. The amount of sauce on mine made me gag. I will steer clear of this Sonic in the future.

Contrary to most other Sonics we’ve eaten at in Houston and Galveston, this Sonic was refreshingly accurate with our order and fast too. Thanks for the friendly service on our way to the McDonald Observatory!
