I went here on a Friday night the place was pretty busy.
There were several Birthday celebrations and the theme was all white.
All the tables were full and the bar had a line.
The bartenders were quick and efficient.
The drinks were reasonably priced.
I must stay, but two people stood out !
The Bus boy that was picking up all the empty dishes and glasses in the facility. He was on it! There was never had a dirty table, no napkins on the floor or any empty plates of food I was quite impressed with him. he was quick and professional, I didn’t get his name, but my hat goes off to Nadia. I think She is the manager if she wasn’t, she should be because first of all she had everyone in check! she made sure that everybody played their role. I could tell the staff completely respected her not to mention she was sharp as a whip with her white outfit on.
she was professional and very attentive.
I was completely impressed with her.
Being that I am a quality assurance manager for a large company I felt
I had to acknowledged her professionalism.
I had to tell her how impressive she was! I knew that she was running the show because I watched her working with the employees, she had a pleasant smile on her face and never look like she was stressed. This place was spotless and professional run.
This place is a well run engine.
My only concern was the red runner carpet in the front when you walk in,
It was a safety hazard.
Please give Nadia her flowers!

I didn’t get to eat as I was working that night but as it was a Go-go event I enjoyed the atmosphere. The bartenders definitely treated us well .

Atmosphere was nice, the staff is very nice and friendly but im a food lover and the jerk pasta was below average. The noodles were hard and the dish had 5pcs of chicken in it. I was like wow they gotta do better. Drinks are priced reasonably and the music is great so I will go back

They got to do something about that brunch. It was not a brunch, more like a low class buffet. The place is nice, clean but there are many spots you pay $40.00 for brunch and you eat delicious food. You kept running out of food ,bthe shrimps looked like the baby shrimps you fish with. The wings were from Bjs and not cooked well. I was so hungry I tried to eat a sweet, it was super stale. The servers were acting like your in a food stamp line. I actually dumped my plate in the garbage because I work to hard to eat sloppy food. Presentation is everything. I support my Black owned establishment 100% but, this is not it not brunch. If you have brunch from 2-6 , you need to have going, available otherwise, don’t charge people it’s very disrespectful to do that. My people all were pissed off. Now I actually had your wings one night, and it was good. The brunch your advertising and charging for, was a joke to ke. It’s like robbing your own people. Again your place is nice clean , the music is nice, work on the mannerisms of the girls who were serving the food. Remind them to smile and when people ask for food which they paid for, stop rolling the eyes. I will come back hopefully but not brunch. I’m still upset because I just couldn’t believe it

Great music creates a great vibe but the drinks are a sad joke i got a lemon drop that tasted like a citrusy juice with a drip of cheap liquor i couldnt recognize. I had really hoped my first time here it would be top noche all across the board. My bestie went to ask the bartender if she could remake her drink and she took offense but ultimately remade. It was better i must say. No cover charge was refreshing.

really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived, I was told that everything was half off for happy hour — which was a big part of why I decided to stay. However, when it came time to pay, the server came back and told me that most of the items I ordered weren’t actually part of the deal. That kind of bait-and-switch is unacceptable.
It felt disorganized and misleading. If there are restrictions or exceptions to a promotion, they should be clearly explained up front — not sprung on customers when the check arrives. I left feeling frustrated and like I had been taken advantage of.
I hope they work on improving communication and consistency, because right now, I can’t recommend this place.

So I went to Kelsey’s Lounge for a Black Health networking event with my cousin. Her coworker told her about it and we paid $35 for our ticket on Eventbrite. However, when we arrived there they charged everyone going to this event $10 to park on top of the $35 we paid for our ticket. Which was never mentioned by the event host on Eventbrite. The parking was super small too. When my cousin and I entered the event it looked nice inside but it was very dead and only 3 or 4 ppl there representing health companies etc. Honestly, I felt like the event there wasn’t worth my $35 and $10 parking. So we left. I don’t know how good this place is as a Sports Bar alone.

Bartender attitude is the worse I’ve ever seen in my life she argues with me when I told her my drink didn’t taste right depend $39 on 2 drinks an didn’t even drink it try to talk to another bartender but all have the same mentality would never step foot back in their!
