Im not sure why everyone complains about this location but I always get my orders properly prepared and warm. My daughter is a huge fan of the buffalo style popcorn chicken, fries, and an Oreo blast. We make it over at least once or twice a week. We order on the app every time.

Tried to order a kids meal and two adult drinks. Lady cut me off after I had ordered a kids meal when I clearly wasn’t done ordering. She then said have a good day. Then another employee proceeded to apologize, and take my order. There were two trucks before I had gotten that got their order before we did. Waited about 30 min and I left. I’ll be going to stars now. The drive was well worth it and got my food there in less than 10 min! This isn’t the first incident in this location that I’ve had issues with. Sadly.

If I could give it zero, I would. The staff has always been unattentative. They consistently mess up my order. They often take a long time with my order even if its just drinks, and they mess up the drink order too! The place is falling apart, they gave it make over but DIDNT DO AMY REPAIRS. I’ve lived in the area for 3 years and this sonic just keeps getting worst and worst. Start making your own drinks at home people, don’t waste your money here.

Two young kids in car starving and hungry. Ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries and an ice cream at 7:15 pm. By 8 pm… still nothing so I raised heck for waiting 45 mins already. Poor gal said her manager wasn’t there and lots of new people and a rush. Came back and asked me my order 3 different times before I said forget it and drove away! Stopped by after leaving the park yesterday to grab snacks and drinks. Girl that brought my food and drinks out was super nice. A couple hours later i finally finished my large cherry limeade. Poured the last couple pieces of ice out so i could throw my cup away and found an extra little friend that was sent home with me.

Took 20mins and 3 cars to make 1 slushie and 2 milk shacks. 2 of the cars are employees parking in the drive up spots. The other was me. The owner must be wealthy as he just updated this spot. But it’s noooo good and owner obviously doesn’t care.

Waited in line for 30 min, only 3 cars. Got tired of waiting, and drove across the street to get a fountain drink. In the convenience store for 10 minutes and look across the street. And the line never moved. Place is a joke and the worst sonic in Odessa. Always understaffed.
