There’s not much in this town, so we gave them another chance and again like always, order is incomplete and prepare wrong, we’re always missing a product and the fries are cold I ask for chili cheese fries you can see in the picture they were cold, my burger i specified no sauce they put extra sauce, I’m missing fries as all my burgers were combos, you might think it’s only fries but hey I’m been charged it was 60+ dollars

I’ve probably been to over 100 sonics this has got to be the worst Kept property I have ever been to. Only 1 stall has a working credit card reader only 5 had working speakers and only 2 of the 6 mentioned have working screens. Employees are super nice though. They say they cannot get help from management. I will get an automated apology from sonic for this review but that’s not what I’m looking for I’m looking for someone to fix this place! It is the only one in Kermit and very bad is a understatement.

Almost all of the stalls have not worked in over a year. The place looks like it has been through a war. The staff is friendly but the equipment is junk. The only two working credit card readers now do not have working speakers. Please fix this place. I have made several calls to the 800 number i’ve sent emails I’ve sent pictures. This place is an embarrassment for sonic! My reviews and pictures keep getting deleted. And you will see an apology from sonic right below my review but apologies is not fixing anything!

I ordered chicken strips, tots, and onion rings. I got extra crispy chicken strips, burnt tots (they r burnt orange color), and burnt onion rings. They didn’t give us the mozzarella sticks my husband ordered…. they severely need better training… Just saying.

I went to sonic to get two blue ocean coconut water and some mozzarella sticks I was in the drive through nobody would take my order I went to stall and waited and nobody took my order I finally pulled up to the window and they where just there standing one was sitting on her phone when they finally knowledge me sonic needs to do better

This was the absolute WORST sonic franchise we have been to. There was hair in our milkshake the burgers were burnt the drinks wrong and the service horrible. We have been to this location a handful times on our travels and have had something wrong every time. The management was rude. We are still trying to get ahold of Kelly who is the GM and still haven’t been able to make my contact. Beware!!

It’s really not that great! It’ll cure a craving, but only part of the time, maybe. The atmosphere here is one of lingering local flatulence from the contests being held right outside of town. The carhops are cute. They always have to go back to get something you need that they didnt bring, and they are great at counting with their free hand, but seriously, they are very kind and seem hard working. The problem here is either communicating the order to the cook, and or the cooking.

Don’t know. Google says they’re open until 11. However when I stop by there at 10 they were already closed. So if you’re hungry and Kermit and you think Sonic will be a quick place to grab a bite, don’t bother

No better. Place looks worse than before and service is very slow. Can’t say they’re over worked; most of the kiosks don’t even work.
