Please KEEP DRIVING! Worst experience and much worse than Seattle fast food restaurants (where I’m from). I asked repeatedly basic questions about the cost of a burger and was treated to miserable service answers of people who couldn’t understand my basic asks. Are these people dumb? Apparently.
Please keep driving to OKC or Dallas. I look forward to writing a complaint about this location!

Carhops are great (remember to tip). Have been going to this Sonic for years. Never had an issue with an employee being rude, which is rare these days. A few mistakes are made but as humans is to be expected and they rectify issues. Only beef is that Sonic burgers are just not very good. Bland taste and cold buns which is not a store issue, it’s a Sonic issue. For the price, buns need to be toasted and burgers seasoned.

Classic drive-in experience that’s quick, consistent, and convenient. The food comes out hot, drinks are always mixed right, and the carhops are friendly and fast. Orders are usually accurate, and service times stay reasonable even when it’s busy. The stalls and parking area are clean, and mobile ordering works smoothly. Great stop for a quick burger, snack, or drink run — exactly what you expect from Sonic done right.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this Sonic, something is wrong. Also, every time I order anything on my app that requires sauce they don’t give the sauce that I ask. For example, today, I went and got chicken tenders and tots with groovy sauce and honey mustard. According to the app the sauce limit is 5 so, knowing they skimp out on sauces put 3 groovy sauces and 2 honey mustard, hoping at least to receive 2, maybe 3 correct. When I opened my bag there was 1 single honey mustard for all of my food. So I pressed the button and explained that on my receipt and according to the app, which also has a limit, that I should have more sauces. I was then told that if I wanted the sauce, that I ORDERED ON THE APP I would have to pay 25¢ for each sauce that I wanted. I’m done with Sonic, or at least this Sonic. If you want what you actually order, don’t come to this location.

I’ve been eating @ Sonic for my ENTIRE life and this is the first and only location that has ever taken the care to make sure my chili dog didn’t get smashed. They turned another empty container on its side to prevent it from smashing into the melted cheese like ALWAYS happens (iykyk!). I really appreciated the extra care in this simple step…thank you!!
The rest of our order was fresh and tasty also. The onion rings were very crispy and hot.
Fast delivery of our order also. We drove through this town several times a year on a road trip so we’ll be back. Thanks for the extra attention to detail, y’all – it didn’t go unnoticed!!!

My husband and I order weekly from Sonic! The last month has been a joke, everything we order either something is wrong with it or missing items. Today ordered a breakfast crossaint and ended up with a toasted bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, didn’t realize it until way out of town. Tonight our order had only 1/2 the fries in it no BBQ sauce which we orders. My husband asked them to fix it, it took 10 minutes to bring out the fries, he waited 15 min again and never got the BBQ sauce. What in the world.is going on with our Sonic? Both times there was maybe 1 or 2 cars there so they were not busy. Very disappointed!

We put in an order and waited 45 minutes a big confusion I was on the phone hanging up with the person I was talking to i said OK I’ll call you back the guy that was taking my order thought I was talking to him my order was never put through as I said before 45 minutes later I had to reorder Now they wanna charge me $14 for my food that I waited on for an hour it better be worth it

Placed a mobile order where I had ordered chicken bites with 2 packets of ranch and mozzarella sticks that are supposed to come with marinara sauce. Didn’t receive my marinara sauce and so I had to go to a different stall to ask for it. I was told that because I ordered 2 ranch packets I would have to pay extra to get my marinara sauce. We went back and forth 5 times while I told her that the mozzarella sticks are supposed to come with marinara sauce and she insisted that I would have to pay extra since I requested 2 ranch packets. On what planet?? I finally just left without my sauce and later realized that we received another random sauce that we didn’t order but didn’t have to pay extra for that?? So angry and never going back to this location
