Ordered my food off the app. Estimated time was like 6 minutes. Ended up waiting over 40 minutes for my food. 1 drink, 1 burger and cc tots. Longest wait ever for them not being busy. I asked what was taking so long and was told patties were just being made for my order. That was at the 20 minute mark. After waiting this long they still got my food wrong.

Two weeks ago I ordered two drinks, onion rings and a chili cheese tots. ONLINE. Took over 30 mins from when it would be ready. Comes out and tells us they don’t have onion rings gives us cold mozzarella sticks I come back today for TWO drinks online again . One I got a RT44 Diet limeade add raspberry boba and black berry syrup the other RT44 Unsweetened tea. No add one there. We get it mine is all blue raspberry but the unsweetened tea was for my grandma. It had FRUIT AND RASPBERRY SYRUP. she’s a diabetic and she is allergic to RASPBERRY ANYTHING. never ever again. I see the workers with their hair down NO hats, PAJAMA pants long nails, frumpy. The male worker hair is long NO HAIR TIE . Just is gross. The first time two girls where in there in PJ pants crop top ect and chatting away . Weren’t even working.

I have been waiting for 40 minutes now and probably will be longer. I ordered the food in the app and was estimated 6 minutes. I expect my food to be fast because I ordered it ahead of time. This is ridiculous. Horrible experience.

Waited at their speaker for about 15 minutes no long line 3 ppl with headsets on and not one person would at least answer after such a long wait. Your staff is terribly rude and incredibly inconsiderate. Had there been a long line or crazy busy I could understand but they had neither.

Waited at the drive through for 10 minutes and nothing pulled up to the window and the employees just gave dirty looks and didn’t acknowledge we were there.waited at the window for 10 minutes and nothing never going back they could of atleast opened the window and said something but no rude staff

Service here is always slow, even for simple drinks. Wait times are unnecessarily long every visit and there is no sense of leadership from the crew. They can’t handle basic tasks and it shows. Definitely needs needs better management and training.

Service sucks. We keep giving them chances and they never get better. Takes nearly 30 mins to get drinks with no syrups. Just ice and soda. Should probably hire more help or teach them how to multitask.
