Food is good here at Hereford Sonic sometimes it nice and hot and fresh then sometimes comes out almost cold. I like the people there are nice. But if it’s after 9:00pm on any day and you want Sonic Blast the machine is 70% the time broken or something. Service is not that great after 8:30pm,like you are bothing them. Thank You

Terrible. It took 45 minutes from the time we PAID to get our food. And then it came out WRONG! Sitting hostage in your car with all stalls full and the drive up backed to the road and no options to do anything since you already paid (and tipped! ) All of the workers inside goofing around and on their phones the whole time. Wouldn’t answer the button so I backed around to the drive up window and knocked. Kid finally came and said he would bring us the stuff or a refund. He never came back! We waited and waited for them to bring the rest of the order just watching them mess around and pour soap on the floor and sliding around. Smh. Ended up leaving without getting all of the order or a refund! So frustrating! Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Ever.

Bad bad service ordered a hamburger with Onion rings large and was given a small order. Ordered a xl coney large as well and got Coney had no Chili just cheese no mustard or onions. Fries and drink were small after I paid for a large, and the young lady that took the order was being rude and acted like she was mad to have to be taking our order.

I pushed the red button around 1:13 pm. Get an answer about 1: 16 PM. I have my order placed and done by 1:18 PM. At 1:25 the speaker screen says my order is being delivered by Rosa. Im waiting and I get my order at 1:28 PM. Im not sure 15 minute wait was worth it to me to get a cherry limeade and a sweet tea, especially when the parking lot didn’t look full. My opinion. JS
