They close the lobby like 2 hours before the listed hours on the doors for dine in. This happened last year as well. If you want to close the lobby dining then change your freaking hours on the door. Completely unacceptable. Kid who took my order was nice but most employees were goofing off and food took a long time. Tasted fine, good luck after 8pm

Man I love Carls, but I’ll probably be avoiding this one from now on. I was the second car in line and it was a twenty minute wait which isn’t the first time this has happened here. They gave me the wrong order at first, and had to refund my card. After all that they still managed to screw up my order, by the time I realized the mistake I wasn’t about to hop back in the 8 car line.

So disappointed. I’ve always loved CJ but haven’t visited one in a while. This visit was a “Honey I shrunk the Kids” experience for sure. Not only was the burger skimpy, the combo price wasn’t cheap. I asked for no Jalapeño slices on my sandwich and they labeled the box with a special sticker and Definitely knew it was supposed to not have a certain item but it still had a pile of Jalapeño slices on the sandwich. I asked for fry sauce and didnt get anything, my burger patty was also old like it had been sitting out for an hour. Definitely wasted $16 on lunch today

I give up. I really wanted to like Carls Jr but today was the last day. The “bacon” double cheeseburger (look closely on the left, that’s all the bacon) included a soggy bun on top and a stale bun on the bottom.

You couldn’t pay me to eat here again. I ordered the western bacon cheeseburger and the bottom bun was half soggy half hard as a rock the top bun just hard. If I wasn’t already down the road several miles when I took it out of the bag I would’ve turned around and got my money back. After that I don’t think I’ll eat at any Carl’s Jr again.
