We waited for a half hour while every order behind and in front of us was served, not busy at all. They call every order except ours and leave the bag sitting on the counter. Finally after standing there, after making eye contact with the workers doing next to nothing job-wise for thirty minutes, they come up and ask “Are you waiting on an order?” like we we’re standing there to take in the beautiful scenery of Carls Jr. Keep in mind this was an online order made maybe an hour prior(which it look like they didn’t start making until we got in the restaurant) I give my name and they hand the bag they refused to call out. All this for incredibly mediocre food that hasn’t held up to the Carl’s Jr quality provided in the past.

They close the lobby like 2 hours before the listed hours on the doors for dine in. This happened last year as well. If you want to close the lobby dining then change your freaking hours on the door. Completely unacceptable. Kid who took my order was nice but most employees were goofing off and food took a long time. Tasted fine, good luck after 8pm
