After my bad experience I wanted to wait a little bit before I went back and hopefully it would have corrected itself.. I am happy to say that the standards have changed completely from before. I ordered the same thing and I was very happy to say that my Coney Island Hot dog looked like a Coney Island hot dog. It was made fresh and correctly made. My burger actually was tasty had fresh lettuce fresh vegetables. Big difference. Kudos.

The most ANNOYING place to go. I placed a online order and then proceeded to have to wait 20-30 mins when I showed up. This was not a big deal as I could see they were very busy. When we finally got our food the 2 large sodas had no carbonation. Annoyed we went to a spot to place a order and pressed the button. We proceeded to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes before anyone answered us. Once someone finally did we were able to ask for sweet teas to replace the sodas. Took another 5-10 minutes for that to come out. Once I tried it… UNSWEETENED TEA . I had to call them again for them to bring a SWEET TEA. when they brought out the next one I thought surely it must be correct. Wrong another unsweet tea. I saw the guy pour our drinks was the one who we talked with. I think they just did not put sugar in their sweet teas today. So annoyed as I came here directly after work and now I have been off for a hr and a half and still have not gotten to go home.

I’ve lived in San Marcos for 4 years now and have consistently gone to this location. Sometimes the food is okay but most times it’s either cold or just tastes old. I went today and got a shake if you can even call it that. At ANY OTHER SONIC I would’ve gotten a shake that was filled to the top like it should be, but I guess this sonic is having some sort of ice cream famine.

Had such a horrid experience this morning. We ordered 2 ultimate meat and cheese meals. Waited 25 minutes and they brought out our meals. Both were missing tater tots. Meat was all burned and hardly any egg. We sent it back and asked for it to be re made. The pictures I have posted is the remakes. The tater tots looked burned but were soggy from oil. Having worked in restaurants that is because the fryer oil is old. They look done but they are not because the oils dirty. I emailed the manager listed on the door twice. Once while waiting another 20 minutes for a remake and once for the pictures of the re made food. No reply as of yet and I do not expect one. I’ve gotten this meal so many times in the last 15 years I could go in and make it myself. Your employees walked around with no hussle, no smiles, with full stalls and horrid wait times. I will never go to this location again. DO BETTER!

I’ve been a carhop. Mints were always in my pocket. These carhops miss out on a really good tip when they actually have mints on them. My toddler loves them as well. Yesterday, when I asked if she had any mints the carhop said “No I don’t but there’s ONE in the bag” didn’t even offer to get me some. I threw her tip back in my door handle.

Absolute worst experience at this location. They are obviously using old grease to cook their fried food. My tater tots hardly filled my container and the little that were in it were disgusting and my fries which again I was cheated on was cold and tasted like burnt oil as well. The attendant became upset because I had to tell her that they got my drink wrong and she acted like I was bothering her to ask for my correct beverage. Then when I informed the attendant that my fries were extremely cold they said they were going to send some more out and they never did. If they are not going to care about their business or their customers I refuse to give my business to this location ever again. I work in the food industry and this is intolerable behavior.
