The breakfast sandwiches have been cold. Not sure how the sausage can be cooked, egg is cooked and the croissant is toasted, but everything is barely above room temp, cheese is no where near being melted. This has been consistent for a month or so. The past week, my fountain drink (Dr Pepper) has had a hint of a moldy taste. It maybe time to clean those fountain nozzles. Yuck.

We’ve lived in Buda for a year and eat here monthly. This location is convenient, consistent, and affordable. Ordering through the app is a snap. The specialty drinks and appetizers are unique to the fast food market, and we enjoy the car-hop experience as a family. Great memories.

There’s something wrong at this location — the food is NOTICEABLY worse than other Sonic locations in the area (even the downtown location has better tasting food). Everything seems to come out tasting real stale and off — I’ve had to throw away food more than once because it tasted like old grease. The shakes and drinks are still pretty decent here so — I guess if you stick to cherry limeades and chocolate shakes, you’re OK.

I’m tired of paying $3 for a 44 ounce tea, and getting 40 ounces of ice. When a customer requests light ice, either give them light ice, or tell you can’t do that. 6 straight times.

Easily the worst food I’ve ever had. Is Helen Keller behind the grill? If I was doing a taste test blind folded and someone fed me this chicken sandwich, then fed me dog food right after, I would of said the dog food tasted better.

Brandt, fantastic job. It seems like most times I go to sonic they don’t care but today was different. 2:30 crew is on the ball. Order was hot and in timely manner. Forgot to put ketchup but was mobile order so I pressed red button asking for ketchup. Assuming 2 or 3 packs right? Nope. Brandt walks out with some I can enjoy for a few more trips to sonic. Thanks 2:30 crew for making my Saturday better! Not to mention the other runner complimented my dog!!! SUCH GREAT PEOPLE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Carhop cut me off while taking my order and assumed my order was done, and had such joy taking my “second order” when she asked what else I want. I asked to remove the whip I asked for on the first order and the second, to which I was cut off again and assumed I was done speaking. When the carhop brought my first order, it did not have whip but I said I asked to remove the whip and she interrupted me and said in a snarky tone “there isn’t any whip.” To which I said, yes. I don’t want to pay for whip cream I’m not getting and I asked for it to be taken off. I was also still charged even after this. They also broke the cup of one of the blasts I ordered and simply put it into a second cup (which totally helps the styrofoam from not getting into my children’s ice cream. I did not even try to ask them to come back a third time to fix it because I did not trust they wouldn’t do something to it or simply pour it into another cup.) Go here if you want employees who can’t be bothered to care about your food safety!

UPDATE- WENT BACK DAYS LATER. TOOK PICTURES. SAME DEAD ROACH ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR!! I wanted to give more. We ordered online and when we got there they said it would be 10 min because the hard ice cream needed to freeze. I decided to go to the bathroom. There was a giant dead roach on the floor by the kitchen door and I happened to look up and the vent was covered in mildew. The bathroom smelled like greasy nasty kitchen. We finally received our ice cream and they left my “soft serve” ice cream on the counter while they waited for the other because it was melted to milk. I was grossed out already because of the bathroom so I threw mine out. I don’t think I will ever go back there again. I wish I would’ve taken pics but I didn’t take my phone. I am so sad because I spend a lot of time in that area amd my kids like sonic.

This sonic sucks. I wish there was another one closer. They do not take calls and they will ALWAYS mess up your order. They also close before they are supposed to and they suck at giving quality and timely service. I hate this sonic.
